Bungalow restaurado en el corazón del centro de Prescott, a una cuadra de la histórica plaza de la ciudad. Un concepto de espacio abierto donde el estilo contemporáneo se fusiona con la acogedora comodidad de un bungalow. ¡Prueba la locura de la pequeña vida en el hogar y mira lo divertido que es!

La propiedad cuenta con un fantástico espacio al aire libre con un pozo de fuego cálido para sentarse, parrilla de propano y cenas al aire libre. El bungalow ha sido recientemente remodelado con una cocina completamente nueva con electrodomésticos nuevos, baño con hermosa ducha de azulejos de mármol, ventanas nuevas, lavadora y secadora, y pisos de mármol en todas partes. Enjoyed the stay. We were confused at first trying to find it. The decorative art on the gate differs from the one shown in the directions for finding the unit. I was searching for that image to verify the location - but it was not there. The garage is a nice touch. I would suggest adding the unit number (122.5) over the garage door to positively identify the address. Once we finally found it, things went much smoother. The water pressure seemed a bit weak, but the shower was nice. I didn't think we'd use the dryer, but with all the rain, it came in handy for drying my cold, damp, sweatshirt. We will consider this unit for a place to stay later (my Prescott daughter is pregnant, and we will likely visit a bit more often). The host was helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Once again a great stay at this bungalow. This was our third time staying and we have already made our next reservation. I can't say enough about the location which is walking distance to so many great restaurants. The bungalow itself is modern and we felt at home. Jessica was amazing with communication and we even got to bring our pup :)

This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Very nice and quiet all modern utensils and kitchen, our king size bed was comfy. The air conditioners are mounted in the wall and are kind of noisy when watching tv. Nice clean garage for our car, and the gas barbecue worked great ! We used the washer and dryer no issues there either

The property is small but very well laid out. It is also very close to downtown Prescott so you can walk to anything. The kitchen is very well appointed.We had a few issues that were troubling-there was no soap in the bathroom so we washed with shampoo.The shower was just a trickle making showering difficult,The air conditioners were very loud making watching TV difficult.The owners are very nice and I notified them of the issues and they said they would take care of them.

Very nicely located and only two blocks from Whiskey Row and downtown restaurants, bars/music venues and shops. The owners are quite nice and were very responsive to a couple of minor requests. We stayed during a very hot time of year and while the two wall AC units kept us comfortable, the unit in the bedroom disrupted sleep when it activated, though I don't anticipate this would be an issue all but a few weeks a year as generally, the temps in Prescott cool off quite a bit at night. The garage worked well for storage of bikes and other items but was a bit narrow for our car - though parking in front of the garage was not an issue. Per my ratings, overall, we were very happy with the unit.

Weekday Getaway to Prescott

We loved the location and amenties of the bungalow. It was perfect for two people and our small dog. We used the grill to cook while there and also enjoyed visiting Whiskey Row and Watson Lake. It was so close to everything, especially Whiskey Row and the Town Square. Within steps to all we needed.
