Venga a hospedarse en nuestra fabulosa y espaciosa casa con piscina privada, en la muy deseable área de Vanderbilt Beach. ¡La propiedad está a pocos pasos de la PLAYA! Nuestra casa tiene una espaciosa piscina privada climatizada en tierra y Lanai que es ideal para relajarse después de un día en la playa.

Esta casa de Naples, es grande y espaciosa, con comedor al aire libre, parrilla a gas y sillones y cercada en todas partes.

La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias y más, incluyendo una gran televisión de 50 'en la sala de estar con reproductor de DVD, internet inalámbrico, teléfono, televisión en el dormitorio principal, aire acondicionado central nuevo, parrilla de gas, área de lavandería completa con lavadora / secadora, todas las sábanas y artículos de cocina, así como una variedad de artículos de playa para su uso junto con juguetes de arena para niños y juguetes para la piscina.

Perfect location!

We were a party of 8. The house was pleasantly comfortable for all of us. The pool area was used daily and heated up well. Only a little over a mile from Vanderbilt Beach! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend!!

North Naples vacation

The house was clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoors and pool were fantastic. We could hardly get our grandson out of it. Spent most of our time in the pool and the covered pool deck. The owner was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely return.

Family time

We had a great time at the property. It just needs better cleaning and to be a little updated. Otherwise this house was awesome having a pool for the kids was great the beach is 5 min away which is awesome you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and a little cabana. There is a parking garage walking distance from the beach.

House was clean and suited our needs. Pool was excellent but stairs were difficult for me to get out of pool (leg surgery recovery). Steps were too high for me. Overall was a great experience. Thank you!

Review for house

The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. House is in a nice area. There are two bikes on the property to take to the beach. It is a 25 min walk and 5 min ride. The house needs upgrades but was clean. I would recommend some upgrades but would stay again. Thank you for the great experience.

Size, location, and pool are great; Needs some updating

The house is pretty spacious with 4 bedrooms and a den. The pool is very big which is great. It is close to the beach (25 min walking, or3-4 min drive). The inside of the house needs complete updating. It seemed like the house hasn't been painted for years. The furniture and the bedding in the entire house is pretty old. The couches are probably 20 years old. There is only one very old flat screen TV (no apps, Netflix, etc.). The shower in the "master bath" is very difficult to use because is in a very deep tub. There were a few beach chairs, but not enough for a group of eight. The available towels were clean but also old. The owner was responsive and addressed some issues that we had quickly. Overall we had a nice stay, and we will go back if some updates to the house are made.

The rooms were spacious, the pool was fine and the supplies adequate. The major problem were the two bathrooms which were never shown in the house pictures. The master bath had a tub so high it was difficult to enter and had no grab bars; nor did the room have any place to hold our toiletries. The main bath had a shower without grab bars or even a place to hold bath essentials. We went to Walmart to purchase an over the shower holder for this purpose. My 7 year old granddaughter when exiting the shower with my daughter, slipped and fell back on the bottom shower shelf and cut her head, requiring 3 stitches in the nearby Pediatric Emergency Center. I reached out to the owner and was not satisfied with his response of telling me he will look into installing grab bars. If you are considering a stay at this home, please verify that the bath rooms have grab bars before anyone else suffers a needless injury. Yvonne Gamboni

Super responsive host, but poorly maintained home..

First the positive...this is a fabulous location - close to Beach, shops, and food! The host responded immediately to any questions or issues we had (even had his parents stop by with a specific outdoor lightbulb...sweet, kind couple!). The pool was perfectly heated and maintained. Beds for 4 adults and 4 children (plus bonus room) We rented for almost 2 weeks, so price was a factor and comparitively the daily price was reasonable. As for the residence itself, the overall maintenance leaves something to be desired. Example: Missing ceiling vent cover(so exposed filter in the hallway ceiling), old switches, fixtures, appliances, and most furnishings. Masking tape holding up a bathroom fan, etc. The home was not dirty per se, but you can only get OLD things so clean. New couches in main living space were VERY nice, but old furniture wasn't removed. Layout was different, no view of the pool from the living space. Only doors leading directly to the pool were through the bedroom/sleep spaces. Access to the pool from living area was through side door in the Kitchen through a narrow screened in breezeway (where one of the old couches was being stored) The bedrooms had new tile flooring, nice...but the old baseboards and trim throughout were in need of a good scrub and paint. Glass dining room table, but fabric chairs were quite stained/soiled. The owners are making noticable upgrades to the property...but for our rental next year, we will go back to a slightly shorter stay and pay a higher daily rate to get an improved layout that is better maintained, and has updated furnishings throughout.

Everything is old or broken all outdoor chairs were broken called host he had 4 of them replaced next day , the lounge chairs I went to Walmart and bought myself, and got paid back the bbq was rusted inside I told host how to get parts for free and I rebuilt the Bbq for him , the pool pump failed it took two days to get repaired lost its temperature it took two more days to heat up , the master bathroom there is no shower just a jet tub that doesn’t work , the good part it’s across the street from Mercato a Mile to beach , 7 minutes to seed to table 35 minutes to Airport , very nice host all an all I would not rent this place again instead of offering me compensation for not being able to use the pool because it was 70 degrees water temperature, I was told things happen not even a sorry for the inconvenience there are several much better places on the same block do your research and look at them more money but definitely worth it this house has no curb appeal

We have loyal guests who are happy with our home for 15 years , who return every year . This guest was very lucky to find a opening to come down this past February , our usual guests had a family issue this year , but they will be back next year . This guest for a few chairs that happen to break in there stay a huge dent in the front door during there stay . He re arranged all my furnture , blocking closets cluttering rooms , which we had to pay a company to put things back properly and orderly . Regarding the BBQ we went along to buy new parts , but it was usable . Also regarding the pool heater things break down when guests like him keep the pool heat in the high 90"s , and note the pool broke down on th weekend and Pinch a penny was there the same day to repair and due the uncommon cold weather this Feb in Naples pool heater can only do so much to heat up quickly. We bent over backwards for this guest to please him , but you can see from his review there was no pleasing him no matter what .

Trash was a issue. Nobody dumped it on friday. So finding a place for trash and recycling was ridiculous. Very well was posible the previous renter did not take out. Othe wise great experience

Close to everything

This place had everything we needed. We had lots of room-technically 5 BRs counting the room with the pull out sofa. The pool was so nice to have right there. My 82 yr old mother was with us and she was able to float in the pool and in only 10 or so steps be back inside to use the bathroom or get a snack-whatever she needed. The proximity to Delmar Wiggins S yes are Park was perfect for us as my husband loves to fish everyday at Wiggins Pass. We had a great generational family vacation!

Close to everything.

This home is very functional for your needs. Has a beautiful pool, pool furniture could be updated but overall functional and plenty of it. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms however the master bathroom has a tub with handheld shower spout. Not really usable as a shower. I have kids so we just used it for the bathtub. The house is older and could use a deep clean but very functional with laundry area. It is about a mile to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops and dining. The host is very responsive. The bikes did not have air in tires so they were not able to be used. I would stay again.

It Was Just Okay

I always leave a review for all the places we have stayed. This place was just okay. I had to send a message to the property manager to get access to the home, as we did not receive an access code upon check in time. He did respond very quickly, so that was good. This is an older house in an older neighborhood, so you should know this from the beginning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week we were there, the linens (towels) had been left in the dryer from the house cleaners, so no towels were in the bathrooms. The master bathroom does not really have a shower. It is a handheld device only (nothing is on the wall to attach it to)! That was very inconvenient. The pool was nice and had some floating devices to use. It definitely could have been cleaned better. We were gone most of the days, so it worked for our needs. We won’t stay there again and if you want an immaculately clean house this place isn’t for you.

In need of a little TLC but still a good place to stay for the price!

The property owner was amazing to work with & was very quick to answer any questions. Check in was an easy process. The house itself was very spacious & accommodated our large group, but it is a little outdated. The shower head in the bath off the master bedroom was a little weird to work & the jacuzzi tub was so deep that it would’ve made getting in and out of pretty difficult. I think it would definitely benefit from just a plain glass step in shower instead! The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Nice grill outdoors to use, appliances in the kitchen all worked well & the laundry room was very large, making it easy to wash and dry all of our beach towels etc:) the living room furniture was a little old & the covers placed over them made them very uncomfortable. It had a very nice TV in the living room, but none in the other 3. Although we did find an older one in the closet that we hooked up in the bedroom for our boys to play their Xbox on lol. The master bedroom had a tv, not sure the quality because we never turned it on. I think with a little updating on some of the furniture and a few closet doors, this place could be amazing! All in all, the price was extremely good considering it was so close to the beaches. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very responsive property owner, great location for the surrounding beaches, lots of room for family.

The great things about this property are that it is conveniently located to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (which we highly HIGHLY recommend) and then beaches closer to Naples and the Naples pier. There are four bedrooms and then one bonus den with a pullout couch. We had 3 children and 5 adults and everyone felt there was a ton of space to spread out. The pool is clean and the pool area is large. We cooked a lot at the house and there was everything we needed there, also a grill that we used twice. There is no carpet in the house which is great for a beach stay. The pictures of the house are a bit outdated and do need to be updated as there has been several updates to the house since the pictures were taken. The TV is a smart TV with a great picture. The only reason for a 4 star overall rating is that there are still some updates that need to be done to the house. The pullout couch in the den does not have a great mattress, I wouldn't recommend banking on it to have an adult sleep there, but worked fine for us for kids. The room with the queen sized bed that doesn't connect to the den has a mattress that is a bit uncomfortable with springs. However, the rest of the beds were great and very comfortable. The sheets and towels do seem a bit old and probably need to be replaced. Overall, the house was really great and it holds a very large family very comfortably. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location and privacy

Home is in an excellent location. Neighborhood is across the street from Mercato. Neighborhood is safe. Mostly other vacation rentals and family homes. Backyard with pool is surrounded by wooden panel fencing and is a private oasis that is very relaxing. Home is quite large. Lots of room. Kitchen and bathrooms in particular are all updated nicely. Giant TVs with cable and all the usual streaming apps. Wifi works well for work from home. Check in was super easy with lockbox for key. Handy manual in home with everything you need to know about the home and local recommendations. Owner is very responsive and cordial through text. Any issues are addressed quickly and competently.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. The owner is very attentive. The home is in a great location. Naples has a lot to offer anyone interested in visiting.

The weather is always fantastic and our home is comfortable and large enough for my whole family. I especially enjoy the pool area, we have a variety of fruit trees all planted through out the landscaped garden. It feels great just sitting on the patio and enjoying the Naples life....
