Golf Course Log Cabin with Hot Tub & Movie Theater

Book your weekend getaway in this newly renovated and redecorated Log Cabin - ideal for 13 guests.

Located on Lake Monterey golf course, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cabin is perfect for your boys golf trip or a weekend for the girls.

From your first step into our home you will be welcomed by the warmth of a not-so-traditional-log-cabin. Take a dip in the 8-person hot tub or enjoy your favorite movie on the 120" projector screen.

There are two bedrooms on the main level with a Queen bed in each. These are connected by a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Around the corner is the living room where we provide a fire’s worth of wood, to help you enjoy those cold nights. In the dining room is a 'Welcome Booklet' that will provide all of the information needed about the cabin. You may also find some treats on the buffet table to enjoy along with a charging station for your devices. The dining room table has seating for 8, with 3 more available to sit at the bar. There is additional seating on the backyard deck for 6.

At the back of the house is a 8-person hot tub - great for a post 18-hole day or to enjoy a glass of wine after spending the day shopping in Grand Rapids. Adjacent to the hot tub room is what we call the “library”, here you will find a piano and acoustic guitar for your playing pleasure.

Around the corner is a fully stocked kitchen which includes a coffee bar and Brita pitcher. Take your coffee out to the front porch and relax in one of our several rocking chairs.

As you take a step up to the second level, you will enter our “Ski Loft”. Here everything is reminiscent of the neighboring ski resort, Bittersweet. You will find an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All of our bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner.

Just off the bathroom is the primary bedroom. There are two King-sized beds in this room perfect for two couples. Off to the side is a desk and chair, incase you need to shoot off some emails between hands of cards.

Down the hall of the “Ski Loft” is a Full-sized bed as well as a futon incase you need additional sleeping space. To the back off the loft is the fourth bedroom, that houses both a Twin and a Queen bed. All of the rooms have a Roku TV, a personal fan (incase you are a hot sleeper) as well as luggage racks for your bags.

In the basement you will step into the “Golf Club”, where you will find 6 different arcade games ranging from Pac-Man to Golden Tee. There is a gym with a stationary bike and treadmill. Around the corner is a 120” projector screen where you can watch your favorite movies on stadium seating.

In the rear of the basement is a laundry room with two sets of stacked Whirlpool washers and dryers that are free for your use. You will find free-and-clear detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets on the shelves.

On the back deck is a propane BBQ grill and dining table. In the backyard you can enjoy a fire at the propane table with ample seating for your group. The backyard butts up to the Lake Monterey Golf Course, where in the winter, you can snowshoe and cross-country ski.

Throughout the house we have installed baby gates on the stairs and have a highchair and travel Pack 'n Play available. Please keep a watchful eye on little ones up in the "Ski Loft" and near the Hot Tub.

The garage and storage rooms in the basement are not accessible to guests.

There is plenty of parking available in the circle drive, accommodating up to 6 vehicles.

The backyard provides a swing set and an assortment of children's toys.

All exterior doors are equipped with electronic locks with personalized door codes.
