The home was clean and tidy with a plethora of amenities available. The property itself is wonderful. The area is not the best, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Once you were inside home things were better but upon arriving front yard was filled with trash and across the street property was also. Parking on street left your car at risk. Could have suppled more towels. And there were no check out instructions. Try not to be there on fridays as garbage trucks hit the neighborhood About 430am. Inside was clean and pleasant but sparse as far as furnishings.

The apt was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. The ammenities provided were as they said and check-in was a breeze.Owner sent all instruction, codes and passwords a head of time. We enjoyed our stay in RI very much.Negative: The apt location was not very diserable and Im hoping its a neighborhood in transition. Access to the unit was up 2 flights of stairs. We had trouble with the front door key pad, not unlocking.

Excellent spot at a great price!

Was blown away by my stay. The space was wonderfully appointed, and everything was very clean and new! Check in and check out was a breeze, with a very generous 12pm checkout time! Would certainly stay here again!

Nice place but missing a little

The second floor property has recently been remodeled so it felt very new, was in good condition and clean. The area the property is located in is not gentrified but seemed quiet, safe and was conveniently close to the highway. If you want to stay in a "cool" neighborhood, look to Federal Hill or the East Side of downtown. The unit itself lacked a little bit of the things you expect in a VRBO and things that you do not want to have to think or worry about such as no dish towels so we used the one roll of paper towels in the unit in 5 days, no extra blankets for beds which becomes more important the later into the season we get, no extra towels (2 towels and wash cloths per bedroom) and no soap for the dishwasher. Overall a good stay and visit for the price.

High school reunion

The property was as shown. The location was great in that it was central to most activities that we attended. 10 to 15 minutes at most. 18 min to airport. We did have to park on street. Area could be considered by some to be questionable but at no time did we feel unsafe. Only area of improvement would be that the supplies such as paper towels, hand soap etc were low. We had to purchase ourselves. I would stay there again.

Weekend Wedding

Wonderful home with plenty of space. Extremely clean and modern Neighborhood a bit disappointing. Could not walk to much and a bit longer drive to Newport than anticipated. We did drive into downtown Providence for a nice day.

Beautiful Place

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect place to stay with just a short drive to Providence attractions. I would recommend it to anyone that wanted to stay in the area and not in a hotel.

Good value

Looking at this property you might wonder why it is not more expensive. The building is lovely, the apartment is gorgeous, and the host leaves niceties like ear plugs and toothbrushes. The answer is the location. It is in an area of downtown that has not been gentrified, and considering the close proximity of the state subsidized housing it is somewhat unlikely it will be soon. That said, the street parking is directly beside the building and I felt safe going to and from the car. So, while it is not in a walkable neighborhood- it is not priced as though it is and I believe I got excellent value for the money.

Impressive!

A brand new property, exactly as described! Nicely appointed bedrooms, sparkling bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A very comfortable stay and very responsive host. Street parking is interrupted on Fridays by trash pickup, but we just parked across the street. One of the nicest properties we've ever rented; Highly recommend!

A true gem

We had an amazing stay at Traka’s place. Everything is new, tastefully decorated, very clean. There was no details left out - from the ear plugs to the makeup removal towels. Traka is a wonderful host who responded to all my inquiries immediately. I highly recommend this property to anyone who comes to Providence.

Modern and Clean

This is a lovely, recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor apartment. It is very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out process was seamless.
