Getting Around:

● Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.



Other Things to Note:

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

● This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.



DOG FEE:

● $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.



Guests shall register with Saw Creek Estates:

● FREE Registration. We cover the fee for you.

● A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately.

● Guests will be requested to send us a photo of their driver's license for gate access purposes



Amenities Passes:

● 6 fobs provided for amenity access (Guests under 6 years of age do not need a fob)

● Additional amenity wristbands can be purchased at the Member Services Office for $20 a day per person. (Office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 9am-4pm)

● In case the passes are damaged or lost, there will be a charge of $100 per pass for replacement.

● Access to the Saw Creek Estates community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.

● Please note, these fees are not set by us as hosts. They are established by Saw Creek Estates and apply to all guests. These charges help cover the costs of operating and maintaining the many great amenities and facilities available during your stay.



● Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations.

● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid and Super Foodtown

● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Home was exceptionally clean and well equipped. My only complaint was the air conditioning in the bedrooms, especially the master, did not sufficiently cool the rooms. other than that, everything else was great. My grandsons had a blast having ping pong tournaments. Kitchen had any utensil you would require to prepare meals. All in all, it was a great home for our vacation.

Had an enjoyable stay. Place was exactly as described. So many activities for our group - kayaks, air hockey, ping pong, gaming systems, games and more. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. Great place to stay.

We were very impressed with slopeside lounge and wander homes! They were just a message away any time we needed anything. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities for my family and I. My boys enjoyed the air hockey and table tennis, and of course the pools in the community! They had a high chair, games, kids books, movies..PLENTY to keep us happy! We were even able to take our dog with us! Thank you wander homes!

Overall it was a cozy place. Perfect for the children and adults and I would definitely stay there again. The outside really, really needs a power washing. The bathtubs weren’t clean but it is possible that it was just accumulated dust. When I return I hope that all is addressed.

Wonderful stay !

The house was great - comfy beds, layout was great, fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra blankets. The host was easy to reach.We were bummed that the telescope wasn’t available - my young kiddo was really excited. But other than that small thing, everything was perfect.We would definitely stay there again if they will have us!

Winter Activity Retrear

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Check-in was very easy and the host was extremely communicative. House was a nice play to relax and stretch out after being out on the slopes. Game room kept the kids entertained in their downtime and we would recommend to anyone with a family!

A great home with execution flaws

This home is beautiful. The property is great and the home itself has lots of space for activities and a lot of entertainment for kids. However, there is room for improvement. There was dog poop on the screened in porch when we arrived. The plugs in the bathrooms didn’t work. The kitchen had several roaches that were seen multiple times. The dishwasher was dirty when we arrived. The waffle maker was sitting on the counter and looked like it had never ever been cleaned. I communicated with the owners and some of the issues were resolved, however it required me to be attentive to the issues and not fully present with our family. The home has a lot to offer and the community is a safe place and the location is wonderful. I hope that the owners learn a little bit from our stay and strive to correct the issues for future guests.

Great place for a long weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay - it was close to hiking spots and not too far from town. Loved that it had a swingset and slide for kids. Lots of entertainment options (DVDs, games, smart tv) for night time.

Slopeside Lounge

This property was very clean, well managed and had beautiful views of the woods, trees, and many deer that wander through the yard each morning. Enjoyed the deck and grill, modern ac system (record heat the week of our stay) kept us all nice and cool. Kids enjoyed basement game room. Community pools and tennis courts. Not a far drive from hiking trails, falls. A relaxing week for our family. Thank you!

Our stay

We really enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday weekend. This house has everything to make us feel welcomed and more importantly comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was spotless,cozy and it had different activities for the kids. We hope we can come back again soon.

Fantastic home in a great community

The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our children enjoyed the air hockey, video games and board games. Great communication with the owner. We enjoyed the pools and pond.
