Guest will be given a code to open the door for entry. . Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. There is one ring doorbell at the front entrance for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The screened-in saltwater pool and oversized deck form the heart of the home. You can spend hours moving between the water and the shaded seating areas, with space to dine and relax outdoors. The outdoor kitchen includes a wood-burning pizza oven, a propane grill, and a 55” outdoor smart TV, making it easy to linger outside long after meals are done. Pool and Spa heating are available for an additional fee.

Living spaces & entertainment
Inside, vaulted ceilings and paddle fans create an open, airy feel across the main living areas. The game room offers a pool table, arcade games, and a large 65” smart TV, along with premium cable and access to streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max. Board games and a game console provide more ways to unwind after busy days out.

Sleeping arrangements
The home includes four bedrooms arranged for both adults and children. The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, 40” smart TV, and ceiling fan. A second suite includes a queen bed with its own bathroom. Two themed bedrooms - one Harry Potter-inspired and one Toy Story-inspired - each feature two single beds, a 32” smart TV, and ceiling fans. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility for larger groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and group cooking, with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. A breakfast bar and breakfast nook offer casual seating, while the indoor dining area works well for shared meals and special occasions.
