Experience modern comfort in Casa Swell D, one of two smartly designed 2-bedroom units in Playa Guiones' popular K Section. Located on the second floor, this unit offers a cozy retreat in a vibrant residential community.

ON THE INSIDE
Casa Swell D features two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, its own AC unit, and a ceiling fan. One bedroom also includes a flat-screen SmartTV for streaming your favorite shows. The living area offers a comfortable space with an L-shaped sofa and a small dining table that seats four. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top and a toaster oven—perfect for those meals you enjoy dining in. For your convenience, beach towels and chairs are provided during your visit.
ON THE OUTSIDE
Set in the desirable K Section, Casa Swell D is just a short walk from Baker's Beach at the south end of Playa Guiones—ideal for a quick surf getaway. Please note that the displayed location represents the general neighborhood; a precise location pin will be shared after confirmation. If Casa Swell D isn’t available for your dates, consider Casa Swell C, which offers the same floor plan and amenities on the ground level. The property comprises four units in total—Casa Swell A and B (studio units) and Casa Swell C and D (2-bedroom units)—and features a small shared pool along with a backup water tank to ensure service during the dry season.

Casa Swell D is perfectly positioned in Playa Guiones, a vibrant community known for its laid-back surf vibe and natural beauty. Enjoy the ease of strolling to nearby Baker's Beach for a surf session or exploring local restaurants and shops that capture the essence of coastal Costa Rica. This prime location offers both convenience and an authentic taste of jungle living.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be aware that ongoing construction in the neighborhood may result in occasional noise during your stay. We mention this so you can fully appreciate the natural majesty of Costa Rica without surprises.
LOCAL QUIRKS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA
While Costa Rica's infrastructure is steadily improving, it's important to note that some things are beyond our control. During your stay, you may experience occasional dust, bugs, and power, water, or internet outages. These are common in the area and part of the experience of immersing yourself in a different country and culture.
If staying connected is essential during your visit, we recommend looking into internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Additionally, please be aware that Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities, which means construction noise may be present between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We make every effort to keep our guests informed about ongoing construction that may impact their stay, but unfortunately, we do not always receive advance notice of new projects.
Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay.
We are committed to providing the best possible experience, but we want to ensure that all guests are aware of these local quirks before booking. Refunds and concessions will not be provided for the above-mentioned issues, as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out before booking.

Kindly note that while we honor our cancellation policy, any processing or payment gateway fees incurred during your reservation are non-refundable in the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, even if your cancellation qualifies for a full or partial refund. This policy does not apply if the host cancels the reservation.
We want to ensure that your stay in Nosara is safe and enjoyable. Like many beach communities, petty theft can occasionally be an issue in the area. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that you take the following precautions during your stay:
Always keep doors and windows locked when you're away from the property and at night. If your sliding doors or windows have security bars, please ensure they are in place. If you cannot find the bars, contact us as soon as possible.

Never leave valuables or personal items unattended when you leave the house, including electronics, identification, and anything else of apparent value.

Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended.

If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time.

While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered.
Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for any loss of items due to theft.
