Welcome to Joe's Beach House, named after the owner's namesake, an adorable Dachshund mix they adopted here in Port St. Joe in 2018! This peaceful sanctuary in Port St. Joe was designed and decorated with comfort, relaxation, and fun in mind. With a grill, beach access, & communal pools, you are sure to enjoy the beauty and amenities this community has to offer!

With space for 10, this home is ideal for families traveling together. This single level home will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen, dining area and inviting living room hues. Doors from the comfortable living room lead out to a porch with a BBQ grill for your enjoyment.
This home features a king bed master suite with en-suite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk in shower. The additional bedrooms consist of two queen bedrooms and a twin bunk room (2 sets of twin bunks, 4 beds total) – perfect for your littler travelers! There is an additional full bathroom.
The home comes with 2 twin air mattresses & sheets/blankets for each, so it can accommodate 2 extra guests with this in mind.
In renting this home you'll also have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage. You will love spending time outdoors with the amenities that the Windmark Beach community has to offer! You will have access to the beach from the boardwalk at the Village Center.
Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down the BeachWalk boardwalk, which runs parallel to the bay or a short ride down to the town center to enjoy a meal at The View on Old 98, or grab some pizza to eat on the beach at Bruno's Pizza! The Town Center has a variety of stores from paddleboard rentals and a fitness center, to an aesthetic boutique, grocery market, and craft cocktail bar! You will LOVE the Village Center Club, which features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained. Throughout the year, various events are held on the Village Green, from outdoor music performances to outdoor family movies.
There is a golf cart available for your use. We also have to collect a copy of your Driver's License, Insurance Card, and a copy of our signed Golf Cart Waiver/Agreement. Please let us know at booking if you would like to use the golf cart.
Outside of the community - you're just a short drive to downtown Port St. Joe, where you can find grocery stores, delicious local grub, and local shopping. You're also a beautiful, short drive to Cap San Blas and Apalachicola, which you MUST visit! Apalachicola is a quiet, historic fishing town known for its oysters, local brews, antiquing, and the famous Gibson Hotel where you can grab a drink and bite to eat!
Things to note:
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
