Host is one of the best we've dealt with in many other VRBOs. Parking is fine for a SMALL car ... not a large truck. The balcony was AWESOME, view was beautiful both morning and night! The pool was excellent. The vertical blinds could use some TCL ... be gentle. We will definitely stay again when in state for family events.Thank you, MTBeam

Loved the location! Great neighborhood too! It was not a bad drive to Kennedy Space Center either. It was a very lovely and cozy condo. We also loved sitting on the porch swing.

Great location. Impressive first impression. Clean unit, easy check in, nice view with privacy. Lacked a hair dryer and regular coffee pot. Had ninja one cup with pods but no pods, no shampoo as listed. Didn't come prepared for that. Could use a more comfortable bed and though listed as a queen seems like a full size only. So although sweet looking lacked some comforts.

We had a very nice day, the location is great. It’s just about two blocks from historic downtown Cocoa and right across the street from water. Although it wasn’t swim weather when we were there, the pool was beautiful. The apartment and the apartment and the apartment complex are clean and well kept.

This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.
