A relaxing deck area with a table and seating, is great for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying the deer and birds that visit the property, or gazing at Montana's Big Sky at night. A gas-operated wood-stove-style fireplace in the living room offers cozy ambiance. Mini-split units in the living room and all three bedrooms offer zonal heating/cooling for optimum comfort. There are black-out shades and curtains for added comfort. The home is five minutes from convenience groceries, fuel, and drug store; a short bike ride to trails and river access; and ten- minute drive to historic Hamilton, established by thoroughbred horse icon Marcus Daly.

Each season offers different opportunities to enjoy recreational activities, visiting local sites, and learning about the history of the Bitterroot Valley.
