The luxury house is located at the quiet, family friendly Overlook community,  it is our vacation house and is being immaculately tended. Equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house features new furnishings and decor throughout. 
On the main floor, there is a  primary bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room. We have a gas grill set on the main floor deck, it is an obvious pleasure to have some BBQ after a fun day at the beach/pool.
Heading up to the upper level, not only you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, but also a sizable family room with entertainments,  the upper floor airy deck is adjacent to the family room, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the natural view of the back yard.
The amenity-rich community offers a large swimming pool with kids zone, fitness center, library, outdoor fireplace, private and beautiful beach along the sandy shores of Little Assawoman Bay. You may crab at the community marina. You may launch kayaks right into the bay from the clubhouse pier. 
The house is also only a few mins away from various attractions, fine dinings and shoppings.
