This Beach Cove Villa is just steps away from the pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, accessible across Route 1 through a convenient pedestrian gate, this townhouse offers the ultimate beachside living experience. After years as a family-only home, this spacious townhome is now available for rentals. When you're not soaking up the sun on the sand, take advantage of the community pool or head out for a kayaking adventure from the private pier. The expansive living space of over 2,500 square feet, coupled with 1,000 square feet of decks and patios, provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and breathtaking sunsets. The property features ample parking for your family and friends. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, a grilling area on the back patio, smart TVs, and high-speed internet, and 2 workstations including a standing desk and monitor.

Inside, the townhouse is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels. The second level boasts a wet bar, family/living room with a Peloton, two bedrooms with front decks, and a full bathroom. The third level is home to the owner's suite with a private bathroom and deck, as well as a full bath and two more bedrooms with deck access. The top level is a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings and access to two decks with stunning partial ocean and bay views. The upgraded kitchen, dining area, and additional decks make this level perfect for entertaining and enjoying the coastal vistas. This property offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, ensuring that everyone has their own space to unwind.

The home provides some beach equipment (chairs, canopy, beach toys, wagon), but condition of equipment is not guaranteed. You can choose to bring your own or rent. Additionally, sheets and towels are NOT provided.

**Know before you go**
(1) Our home is bayside, meaning to access the beach you must cross Route 1, the area’s main highway. A large median and pedestrian crosswalk makes crossing easy. Alternatively, we are a <3-minute drive from 3Rs Fishing Beach as well as the South Indian River Inlet Beach, which has a lot of great public amenities. From door to ocean is about a 6-minute walk.

(2) Any rentals facing/nearby Route 1 like ours has a fair amount of street noise. In general, we find it tolerable and blends into the background. Just setting expectations, including that you may have ambient noise inside and spend less time out on the decks.

(3) Sheets and towels are NOT provided as is customary with a lot of beach rentals in the area. You're welcome to bring your own or rent. If renting sheets and towels is preferrable, we can share a provider with you. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods is provided, but is not expected to last a full stay.
