Enter your Park County home away from home, where you are greeted by an open-concept Great Room with a cozy fireplace across from a spacious dining table with seating for 6-8 - perfect for game night or mealtime alike! Sink into the large leather couch for a good read, enjoy a favorite movie with those you love or just relish in the meadow vistas. The large Kitchen offers ample counter space and everything you will need to whip up your favorite family meal.

Down the hallway you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 with comfortable queen size beds and the third offering 2 sets of twin bunk beds. All the beds in the home are fitted with fresh and cozy cotton bed linens, ensuring that you wake well rested and ready for days of adventure. Bathrooms feature a large vanity, standard toilet and walk-in shower. Relish in the rustic mountain cabin decor with thoughtful, unique and personal touches throughout the house that will make you feel right at home.

Mosquito Gulch is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe moose, elk, deer and foxes (just to name a few of the critters!) right on the property.

Park County is an activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "base camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too!), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.

* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult.
* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* This home is pet friendly. There is a $50 fee for each pet, and all pets must be approved. This fee is not included in the quoted rate, and will be charged after the booking is confirmed or the day of arrival on the reservation.
