Family vacations are best enjoyed at the water's edge. Located on sugar beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was remodeled in the spring & summer of 2023. Sugar Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach located on Maui's south shore and is popular for swimming, boogie boarding, & sunbathing.

The 775 sqft condo was remodeled, refurnished and has vaulted ceilings, quartz countertops, air conditioning throughout. Sleeps up to 6.

Located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.

The Space:
One bedroom with cal-king bed is on the main floor and has its own bathroom across the hall with bathtub / shower. Two bedrooms are upstairs in an open air loft (see photos). The first room at the top of the stairs has a cal-king bed. The second room in the open air loft has two twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a step-in shower.

The Neighborhood:
Set right on Sugar Beach in Kihei, the condo is less than a 15 minute drive from Kahului Airport. Target, Whole Foods, Costco, and a bunch of other shopping options are also within a 15 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
A rental agreement with terms and conditions will be emailed to you that will need to be completed before check-in.
