NUEVA RENOVACIÓN MAGNÍFICA. Primer piso unidad de esquina muy privada con todo de una sola planta, sin desván o escaleras. Plaza de aparcamiento justo delante de la entrada de condominio. We had a wonderful time. The unit is beautiful with awesome access to the pool area. Just a short walk to one of the best beaches on Maui. The entire experience was great! 10/10!

The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed for our family of 6. The property is beautiful and the access to the beaches and shops is perfect for walking. We can’t wait to come back.

The unit was fantastic. This was the second time we have stayed there. It was very clean and quiet. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. And the air conditioner was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it

Perfect First Trip to Maui for Family of 5!

There are a handful of things that were top priorities as we planned this trip to Maui--enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 5; a pool; a short walk to the beach; and great outdoor space. That doesn't seem like much, but my 12/14/17 yo kids are picky! Choosing to stay in Kihei was our first best decision, which was closely followed by staying at this property! We LOVED everything about this location--the first floor may coming and going (to car, to pool, to beach) SO easy. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could have needed in every room. It very quickly felt like "our place". We really appreciated having 2 outdoor spaces to relax--both for early mornings and late afternoons. The grounds of the property are beautiful, clean, and well kept, and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The location made it an easy drive to every part of the island, and walking on S. Kihei felt very safe. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Family Vacation

This three bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5! We had a wonderful time and the correspondence was always very quick and easy in helping us prepare for our trip! We love Kamaole Sands. Second trip there and we would go again!

Beautiful with lots of space

The condo was beautiful and well appointed inside. We had 6 in our party, 3 generations including 2 teens, and the space and layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. There were only a couple of negatives. Some of the rules were a bit strict which made it feel less welcoming than other VRBOs I’ve stayed in. And aside from a few beach chairs, there wasn’t much available to use at the beach. But overall a great stay!

50th anniversary celebration

My parents have always wanted to go to Hawaii so we came for their 50th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic time in Maui! The location of the property is perfect. We enjoyed snorkeling, watching sea turtles, hiking, shopping, watching sunsets and more. The condo was very well laid out and had everything we needed. The concierge at the condo was very helpful in answering questions about the area. We hope to come back one day. We highly recommend it!

Family Vacation June 2024

Positives: Great location for walking to the beach or restaurants/stores. All features of the property were functional (hot tubs, pool, grills, gym, etc). No issues with noise. The unit provided beach chairs and some sand toys and plenty of towels, coolers, beach bags etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Negatives: Will sound like a lot but these were minor issues. Our group rented multiple units on the same property. Most provided a beach umbrella and boogie boards. We would have used them if present, but it wasn’t a big deal for us that none were provided. The floors were not able to be cleaned well enough with a broom or vacuum. I think they are due for a good scrubbing. I suspect this is a major challenge on a ground floor unit in Hawaii. We never found any dishwasher pods (dish soap for hand washing was provided). We borrowed a couple from another unit. No big deal. Lastly, a few of the guys working on the property took their breaks (on weekdays) laying in the shade immediately off of the landscaped area by the patios. In the listing picture titled “water and garden view from lanai” they would be laying on the other side of the small palms. They were not doing anything unusual (mainly looking at their phones) but it was not ideal. We definitely kept our curtains shut for the bedroom patio. All that said: We did not seek to address any of these issues during our stay because we were too busy having a great time.

Condo for Families

Nice to have three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked along with washer and dryer in unit. Nice to have coolers and beach chairs/towels. Nearby resorts, beaches, restaurants and shopping all within 20 minutes. Questions were answered quickly.

Nice stay

Convenient, updated, condo. There was not a lot of room for extra gear like diving, surfing etc. hangout area was small for our group of five. Pool area was always too busy and really quite small for the size of condo complex. We really enjoyed the tennis courts and all the staff was very kind.

Great stay!

Unit was set up excellently for a family. Beds were comfortable and space well appointed. Kitchen set up for cooking. Laundry on site. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs available. Enjoyed our 2 weeks in this space and would definitely recommend to others & would stay again.

Fantastic location & amenities

Our family spent a week here. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had for a VRBO. We cooked 1-2 meals everyday. The grills were also in great shape. Across the street was the best snorkeling you could ask for. The kids didn’t even want to do a snorkel excursion because it was so good. The property is very well maintained with plenty to do around it. We’d definitely stay again!

Maui vacation

Our trip to Maui was amazing! The 3 bedroom condo met our expectations and more. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds are very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and linens. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, pan you can imagine which made cooking a great option for our family. The bbqs on site and the eating areas were amazing as we enjoyed a few dinners outside. We enjoyed sitting by the pools and hot tubs and the beach is a short walking distance away. Thank you for providing food recommendations and sights to visit around Maui.

Missing Maui!

This unit is in a wonderful location…. clean, nicely decorated, secluded, and stocked with everything you could want or need. It has three bedrooms with lots of closet space and privacy which was hard to find! The grounds are beautifully maintained and, although we never used the pool, it looked inviting! The 2 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset every night is a must! Can’t wait to return.
