Overall we had an amazing trip! The view of the lake is gorgeous and having the golf cart to zip around the community is the best! A couple items could be improved like the floors were very dirty, and the golf cart had a few issues like break lights and turn signals not working but overall we would definitely return and plan to! The host was responsive when we reached out and the unit was as pictured.

The property was just as pictured! The golf cart made it even better. We never had to get in our vehicle the entire trip. Good location, plenty of space for 3 families with 2 toddlers!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was good. The furniture is kind of old and more out. There really wasn’t much of anything in the kitchen if you’re planning on doing any kind of cooking. breaker kept tripping and we had to get maintenance out and then when we get ready to leave try to start the dishwasher and it would not start so we didn’t wash the dishes.

So many things wrong. Dishwasher went out, washer went out with water sitting in it, fridge is on the way out sinks were clogged. Fans were loud. Leaks under sinks. Host stopped messaging me after we questioned about cooking supplies and come to find out dishes were dirty and there is no way your cooking meal after meal in that place. Beach blue did everything possible to make our stay great but the unit has been neglected and needs upgrades to furniture and more. Way too much money for that place.

Beautiful spacious condo

Golf cart was great! Enjoyed the town on the bay and restaurants. Beach was crowded so we had to travel to Fort Walton pier to enjoy the beach and fishing.

Nice location

My family stays in this area every year. This condo was very clean and the view is gorgeous! My grandson fell in love with the turtles in the pond!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice property, and the six-seater golf cart was a great bonus. The property was fairly clean, though the provided amenities were somewhat limited—we only had enough essentials like toilet paper for a couple of days, rather than for the full stay.The golf cart made it easy and enjoyable to get around the large Sandestin resort area. The lakefront view was beautiful, and overall we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Destin Getaway

The property was nice and as advertised. Had a bit of trouble getting code to work but even at 11pm I was able to reach someone easily and they gave us a temp code for that night. Would def stay here again.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo, exactly as described, tucked away in a quiet corner of Sandestin resort. Reliable golf cart. Clean linens. Great view off the back patio! Owners accessible and responsive to needs. Just needs a few more pots and pans and utensils for cooking.

Very clean

Chrystal Cove neighborhood was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet, but a quick golf cart ride away from all the action. The condo was in-line with our budget, as most of sandestin is becoming too over priced for many families. We had an absolute blast riding around in the golf cart for the week! Additionally, the condo was very clean and properly management was very responsive when we had questions Highly recommend this rental!

We had a great stay this past week at Crystal Cove. The Beach Blue team sent a detailed set of instructions in advance so we were ready to kick off vacation and knew the scoop with the house and golf cart before we walked through the front door. They were very helpful and easy to reach! The first feedback point we have is that the two non-primary rooms are on either side of the entry at the front and each have a window out - because of the always-on porch lights on the building for security and the rising of the sun, those two rooms our kiddos were in have a lot of light pouring in at all times. We brought suction-cup blackout fabric but I would highly recommend the owners of the unit consider adding blackout curtain panels to both windows. The other feedback point we wanted to share was that all of the mattresses in the unit have gone soft/crunched on the edges and have lost their shape in the middle, leading to a very soft taco. I’m sure the main rental season is tough on units, but it’ll soon be time for mattresses to be replaced. Those aside, the unit is in great shape as was the golf cart. We had a fun-filled stay and had a blast golf carting around to the beach, pool, and Baytown.

The unit was advertised w golf cart. The cart had a flat tire on a bad rim from the previous renter and was inoperable our entire stay. Upon arrival I called Beach Blue properties and they said the tire was to be delivered on Day 2 of our stay. It never arrived and was never repaired. I called several more times the next two days to no avail. The area rug in the living room was old and very dirty. Stains on curtains and couch - our family wouldn’t sit on the couch without towels or blankets. Master bdrm closet smelled like urine. Stains on utensils. The freezer had melted ice cream all over it. Terrible communication with Beach Blue rentals. Positive: on a small lake loaded with turtles. (Forget fishing). Beds were comfortable. This is an old unit that needs a lot of work. The unit was advertised as being inside Baytowne. Yes you have access to Baytowne but it’s on the outside adjacent to a retirement facility. We rent homes/condos, townhomes here several times a year. This was the worst unit we’ve ever rented - and in 20 years. There were two different families/renters in the upstairs unit in just three days. The noise from kids running around was laughable and at times sounded like a herd of cattle.. Do not rent this place - 1.5 star rating from us is generous. Do not believe the fake I have photos of everything described above. It was so bad that we abandoned the rental on Day 3 and rented another unit - so we paid twice even though we had one more day/night at this unit.
