The Space:
Fully-furnished cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house within walking distance to Riverside Hospital! The location of this house is second to none. Clintonville, Upper Arlington, OSU & Downtown within minutes. Endless restaurant & shopping options. Safe neighborhood. High speed wireless internet.

Main/entry level includes living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and fully-stocked kitchen.

The living area has leather couch, 2 chairs, tables, blankets, plenty of lighting and 55" smart tv.

The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, blender, hand mixer, bakeware, cookware, utensils, storage containers and plenty of dishes! Kitchen also includes a wall mounted smart tv to watch your favorite shows while you cook! Dining area has seating for 4 currently with 2 additional chairs in basement if needed.

All bedrooms include ceiling fans, beds with memory foam mattresses--linens included, dressers, closets with hangers, laundry baskets, nightstands with built in USB/outlets for easy access to charge your devices, blackout curtains (perfect for those who work night shift!) Queen bedrooms have full size mirrors and extra box fans/pillows in closets if needed. Full bedroom has iron and ironing board in closet. We
Linen closet in hallway has plenty of towels/washcloths, hair dryer and vacuum.

Lower level includes sitting area with 50" smart tv, desk, workout area with blackout curtains, full bath with combined tub/shower, full size washer/dryer.
Access to a 2 car attached garage that is available for your use. We DO NOT have a portable garage opener for guests. If you would like to use garage door -- you can use the wall mounted opener inside to open and close or you can download the "myQ" app on your smart phone. If you want to use the myQ app— Please let us know and we will send you a shared user invite via email so you have access to control the door remotely during your stay from your smartphone.
Garage also has walkout door to fenced in backyard and patio. Patio includes private seating area with Weber grill (propane included) Plenty of parking in driveway and street as well.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
Self check-in via smart locks—no keys.

Other things to note:
We have worked hard to make this house a home for you to enjoy. Please treat the space with respect just like how you would want your home treated. NO SMOKING in house or garage! NO PETS. No house parties. Our neighbors enjoy the quiet and keep an eye on the place for us. Our property has outdoor security cameras as part of the security system that is in use when the house is vacant.
