#1 Parties and events are not allowed

#2 If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $100 usd

#3 no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation
If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, the fee will be charged that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest.

#4 Infants, babies, toddlers, and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.

#5 there can not be more than 14people in or on the property at any one point in time

#6 the guests will respect and follow all community guide lines listed inside the apartment or on the property

#7 you agree to know and agree to following fees:
a) smoking: $100 for each day you are in the apartment smoking
b) late checkout: $100 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late

#8 if any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs

#9 a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund

#10 you agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur

#11 if any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs
