Villa Tortuga offers three spacious and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, along with an office featuring a sofa bed, ensuring ample room and privacy for all guests. Each room provides a peaceful haven for restful nights. The primary suite even offers the added luxury of direct access to the pool and lanai area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces for a truly delightful experience.

Step outside, and you will discover your very own private oasis! Immerse yourself in the sparkling heated saltwater pool while enjoying the serene views of the surrounding waters. Unwind on the comfortable outdoor furniture, basking in the sun and savoring the laid-back atmosphere.

Villa Tortuga boasts a private dock, inviting you to try your hand at fishing or simply soak up the sun while enjoying the picturesque waterfront setting. When it's time to satisfy your culinary desires, fire up the barbeque grill and relish a delectable meal with your loved ones.

This stunning vacation home includes all the technology you need! From high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen televisions with in all the bedrooms and living room - Villa Tortuga has got it all! Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, spare linens, and bath towels for both bathrooms are available for your use as well.

* We understand that pets are cherished family members, and at Villa Sun-kissed, we gladly welcome your furry friends (dogs only,) upon request. Max. number of dogs: 1 ( 25 lbs or less).
**Additional Fees: A $350 non-refundable pet fee will be charged at the time of booking, and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee is due before check-in.

*** A $500 penalty will apply for any unregistered dogs in the reservation.


**For all bookings made after May 30th, 2025, electricity usage is included in your booking total for stays up to 7 nights.

For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $15 to $25 per night.

Please note that access to the home may be restricted until the electricity payment has been received.

All bookings made prior to May 30th,2025, will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.


Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.
