El hogar fue reconstruido en 2009 y está en excelentes condiciones. Totalmente redecorado de arriba a abajo, pintura fresca y nuevo trabajo de piedra realizado en la parte delantera de la casa con adoquines en el frente. El hogar cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable con calentador de agua sin tanque para agua caliente sin fin. Incluye 4 pases de playa. Bradley Beach Summer Rental. El hogar tiene solo 8 años de antigüedad, todo está en excelentes condiciones. En la pared Aires acondicionados en las tres habitaciones. Una unidad grande en el primer nivel de la pared que es más que suficiente, encimeras de granito, cocina de gas de alta gama, lavadora y secadora apilables, calentador de agua sin tanque, calentador de zócalo, a solo 3 casas de la playa con vista al mar y a la playa las cubiertas de la segunda y la segunda planta delanteras y traseras del dormitorio principal y posterior.

We love the Jersey Shore! This property was centralized and walking distance to the beach, excellent restaurants, coffee/bakeries!The front porch was truly a breath of fresh air and all of the neighbors and walkers by were so friendly! I can’t say enough about that!

Great summer vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean and well equipped. Check in was easy; the owner was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the front porch, decks, outdoor shower and proximity to the beach. The house is in a lovely neighborhood for strolling and there is easy access to many local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great week at the beach!

Fantastic week in Bradley Beach! It was nice to be a few houses off of Ocean Ave- a little quieter and added a whole 45 seconds to our beach commute! Backyard space was great- loved the outdoor shower. This house is in a perfect t spot and Bradley is a great beach town- easy to walk or bike to Asbury Park or Belmar which are more party scene . I credal let places to eat- Skratch Kitchen and Del Ponte’s bakery to name a couple that are not Vic’s- which is also fantastic. Chris the owner was super responsive and helpful- brought us some extra towels and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill works (not always the case). Would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the Jersey shore

We had a wonderful stay at this Bradley Beach house..house was clean, open and inviting. The owner was very attentive and available for any questions we had. Loved the front porch and upstairs decks. Proximity to the beach, boardwalk and town was perfect. We can’t wait to return in the future.

Nice place. Great location

Lovely home with great front porches. In a great location. Beds were comfortable. Nicely updated. Would definitely rent again if returning to the shore. Owner was very quick to return any inquiries. I was a little concerned about parking as there is no parking at the house but we had no problem finding close parking on the street at any time.

Wow - great house - great location!

We loved this house! Nicely laid out and very comfortable for both sunny and rainy weather and just 3 doors from the beach. The sofa on the front porch is ideal for morning coffee and lazy afternoons. Superb outdoor shower (we never showered inside regardelss of the weather). Nice neighbors, quiet area, well equipped house, excellent owner (incredibly responsive). No complaints!

Tastefully decorated and well equipped

This tastefully decorated and well equipped home was more than comfortable and very clean upon our arrival. We rented the home during Christmas week and the owner was nice enough to turn the heat up before our arrival. Coming from Florida, this was really appreciated! It is very hard to find vacation rentals that welcome dogs so it was a big plus to see we could bring our furry child along! The home is just three houses from the ocean and each day my husband would walk the dog on the boardwalk. Although the weather did not allow for enjoying the beach, it was still enjoyable to watch the waves hit the shore. I imagine this would be a great summer rental! We needed to contact the owner twice during our stay and each time he responded quickly and courteously. Would definitely rent from him again.

Relaxing Stay

The house was as advertised and the owner was very communicative and helpful. The house is so close to the beach! We used the beach passes daily and were so grateful to have those included with the rental. My family absolutely loved how close we were to the boardwalk and loved walking into Ocean Grove and Asbury Park as well. It was a great summer vacation. Thank you so much!

Rainy week at the beach

The property is right on the beach and the neighborhood is great for walking the dogs. The house is a little dark, especially when it was raining. Overall a cute place for a couple.

Beautiful home in a great location and a great town

The house is beautifully renovated , and has all the amenities needed . Beautiful and very comfortable . Loved walking out the door and being on the boardwalk in two minutes . Definitely recommend it .

Perfection

Great place for two of you or more... lots of space, easy walk to beach (you can see and smell it from the house!) The perfect get away that makes you feel like you're home. Fur kid friendly and neighbors are super nice. Owners were so kind and accommodating. Hope to be back soon. Don't second guess staying here... it's well worth it! You can enjoy the ocean view from front or back upper decks or from front porch. For dog parents- bring a gate or two and long lead so your pup will be safe since porch is open concept- they will love sitting with you enjoying the ocean !

GREAT BEACH GETAWAY!

This house is beautiful and the location is great. The house is clean and updated with a beautiful kitchen and open floor plan. It is only three houses in from the beach which was a huge convenience. It was easy to run back to the house for food, drinks and a bathroom break. At night the options are endless. My favorite was walking on the boardwalk to Asbury Park where there is great restaurants and a lot of things to do. This house is a can't miss. It was perfect for my family to have a great time at the Jersey Shore.

BEAUTIFUL HOME, STEPS FROM THE BEACH!!!

This is a beautiful home, just steps from the beach! New kitchen With island. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. Open floor plan. After our days on the beach, we would BBQ in the backyard and enjoy dinner on the cozy front porch. Some nights, we walked the boardwalk to nearby Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. Beautiful area. You will not go wrong with this home!!! Great Jersey shore experience!

Very nice beach property - Great Location

Family stayed at this house for a week in August. Very spacious and modern home. Clean and best of all extremely close to the beach (I believe no more then 100 yards to boardwalk). Also walking distance to Asbury Park and Ocean Grove. Would recommend to any family looking for a nice getaway at the Jersey Shore.

Gorgeous get away at the Jersey Shore

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home last summer and we had a great time. It's literally steps away from the ocean and a short walk away from cute restaurant and activities. Everything was clean (most important!!!) and updated. 3 comfortable bedrooms and lounge chairs on the deck off the master bedroom! Spacious little kitchen (open floor plan to keep an eye on the little ones) and grill out in the yard a must. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much and I look forward to spending another week down at the shore this summer! :)

Bradley Beach Summer 2016 Rental - FANTASTIC WEEK

What a fantastic week we had at this Bradley Beach home. Less than a minute walk to the beach, perfect location, walk to town for lunch or dinner, mini golf within walking distance for the kids, great boardwalk. Spotless house, well kept, upgraded appliances in kitchen, island with seating, plus kitchen table. Very comfortable family room, open floor plan. Ocean views from the master bedrooms. Outdoor shower. Loved the porch for afternoon/evening cocktails! Can't wait to rent this home again!

Great 2010 Summer Vacation in beautiful new home

This house was recently built and it was obvious the owner spared no expense. The kitchen was beautiful from the Granite counter tops with large seating around the island to the fully tiled bathrooms and wonderful pebble tiled outdoor shower. But the best part was the ocean views from just outside of the master bedroom with lounge chairs to relax on after the beach. The kids loved the short walk to the ocean and all the activities in close by Asbury Park, Avon, Ocean Grove and Belmar which we walked to right along the boardwalk most nights. Highly recommend and we cant wait to return in the summer of 2011.

I own this home with my wife and four children and we absolutely love it. It is a great town that is extremely kid friendly with great entertainment within walking distance. We often walk to Asbury Park to see the fireworks every Wednesday evening or walk to Belmar all on the boardwalk.

Newer Home, outdoor shower with dressing area, nice front outdoor covered patio 2 nice size decks with ocean views. Nice size back yard with Weber BBQ. It's a great place to stay and you wont sacrifice any luxury. The house is great, we love sitting on the front porch eating dinner and drinking wine in the evening while listening to the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze.
