One of the best neighborhoods in Georgetown, you will love staying here! Enjoy your morning coffee on the fabulous front porch, have a day filled with all the activities Historic Front Street and waterfront board walk (only blocks away) has to offer, and enjoy a relaxing night on our Tempurpedic mattresses and Serena and Lily linens - you won't want to leave and we don't blame you! We hope you love it as much as we do!

We enjoyed our stay at cozy cottage. It is a very charming property. We were charged for missing towels and damage to a wall that we were not responsible for.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay visiting friends. The house was perfect for our crew and the location was great - we walked to the waterfront both nights for dinner.

Great location and house, the bath tub mats and shower curtains need replacing. Also I know pets are allowed so I would add something extra to help with the slight odor.

This is a great property, convenient to all attractions in Georgetown. Across the highway, but no issue and the rent is lower than properties right in town.

Ralph was a great guest. We had an issue with the wi-fi while he was there but it was addressed immediately and is back in peak order. Our house is very close to the downtown and a short drive to Pauley's Island. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Sweet Georgetown Home

Lovely home within walking distance of the Georgetown waterfront and unique shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is beautiful… The Live Oaks are amazing! Would definitely consider staying here again if we are down in the area.

Adorable cottage walking distance to Gtown

We are there for a half marathon and the house was a 10 min walk from the start and everything downtown! Bedrooms were beautiful and super comfy! Kitchen was very well equipped!

Our daughter was married in McClellanville the weekend we stayed and we needed to be close. It was the perfect location and we had plenty of room for hanging all of the wedding clothing.We worked in the heat all week and enjoyed the very comfortable house to come home to in the evenings.Thank you!

Great weekend cottage

This quiet little neighborhood cottage was perfect place for middle age couple and elderly mom to stay for a destination family wedding. While the busy highway made walking to the waterfront impractical--for our purposes, traveling out to Weehaw Plantation for wedding events--it was a perfect spot and had all the comfort and amenities we needed.

Beautiful Cottage!

This cottage is beautifully decorated with nice amenities and in a great location near downtown Georgetown. Property owners are very responsive. I would highly recommend.

We are always trying to make the cottage more beautiful, and we respond as quickly as possible. We are so close to the historic district you can ride a bike in minutes or walk in a few.

One of the best I have ever stayed in!

I have stayed in over 40 places that are rented from the owner and this home ranks in the top three. The beds were soooo…. comfortable, the house was clean as a whistle, the house was adorable and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and there were two living areas. If you are visiting Georgetown, this is the place to stay!

Cozy cottage get away

This house was great! Decorated to a tee and with all the comforts of home, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided to enjoy our stay. A very short drive from downtown Front Street this home is located in a quite darling little neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were always available for any questions or concerns we had and we had a wonderful stay. Will definitely rent again!

Such a Wonderfu Stay.

The house was perfect for four women away for a few days to explore Georgetown. Whitney was very responsive to our few questions. All the information needed was provided in the listing. Our only challenge was the key code access however it was resolved. Highly recommend that you consider staying there. The house is well laid out for friends and/or families.

I Love Georgetown!!!

What a great house and location. We are from Georgetown and came back to visit our daughter and grandchildren. The house was in a great location. Not too far from the historical downtown Georgetown. The house fit all our needs. It was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay & very clean. The bedrooms were quite spacious & beds very comfortable. There are great places to sit on the front porch, side patio or even the backyard if you enjoy being outside (which we did). We will definitely rent this home again when we come back to visit our daughter and her family.

Laura and I live in Charlotte, NC. We fell in love with Georgetown on our first visit and started looking for a house to share immediately. We are both avid cyclists and love to explore the different sights in Georgetown, from the Harbor Walk to 'Between the Antlers' ( a local favorite) restaurant. The beach at Pawley's Island is only 20 minutes away. We are new to the hosting so please let us know what we can do better and what we did to want you to come back again.

Willowbank is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees covering most of the roads throughout the neighborhood. Take a walk around the streets and meet the neighbors! There is a small park caddy-corner from the house where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon or have a picnic. Amenities nearby include Food Lion, Gas, Walmart and many restaurants. Also, Pawleys Island beaches only 15-20 minute drive away!

Our home is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath home that Laura and I think stands out above all the rest in Willowbank (we are a little biased). From the hardwood floors, to the huge master bedroom, to the large seating area outdoor we offer many amenities to make your stay fulfilling. There is a study where you can work at the desk or watch TV. Wi-Fi is free and available property wide. We also love sitting on the front porch with a coffee or drink.
