Escape to this 3BD/2.5BT mini retreat featuring a backyard oasis with a pool and games, a coffee bar, a fully stocked kitchen, and a crib, all just 30 minutes from Downtown Pensacola and the beach, with Blackwater State Park’s outdoor adventures only 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:



• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
