The spacious upstairs apartment is within a very short distance to I-75, Moody Air Force Base, South Georgia Medical Center, & Valdosta State University.
The apartment is on a private, 10-acre Homestead Farm with a gated entry, on a quiet, "U"-shaped road with few neighbors and no thru-traffic.
It is well-equipped with above-and-beyond amenities that will make your stay relaxed and enjoyable.

There is a cute balcony right off the living room looking out to the Guest Outdoor area and the beautiful cypress woods beyond! See if you can spot herons, cranes, deer, and rabbits!! (I promise there are no chupacabras!!)
The Guest Outdoor space is a beautiful area under a large oak tree with a spacious paver and gravel patio complete with a large charcoal grill and fire pit.
We do welcome your pet, and have a fenced 25x14 dog park right beside the guest outdoor space!
Pets that will be uncrated in the in the house MUST be potty trained and supervised at all times! When you are not at home, your pet MUST be crated.
