Very Nice Lay-Out

The house was cozy, and the space well-appropriated. We will look forward to staying at the Terrace House again, when our travels bring us to Valdosta.

Wedding weekend

The house is lovely and in a very safe location that is near shopping and other activities. My family and I were able to celebrate my grandson's wedding at the venue and continue at the home.

This location was infested with roaches, and when the owner was notified, we moved to another location with the same problem. The owner messaged about reimbursement but failed to follow through.

Great service

The original house we booked had AC problems so without any hesitation, we were given another option free of charge and everything went perfectly. Water pressure in the house needs some work but besides that, the place was amazing!! Will definitely book through Lando again

Perfect for our famiky

The house was a good size with plenty of comfortable beds in a quiet neighborhood. No hot tub and the dishwasher was broken but otherwise nicely furnished.

Family get together halfway point

We needed a place for our family to get together for one night halfway between where we all live. Room for everyone. Rained the entire time we were there and we didn’t even notice. The house had room enough for us to spread out and enjoy being together.

Nice Place to Stay

We had a group of men staying in Valdosta to help with Samaritan's Purse disaster relief and needed a place to stay at night. The place was nice and clean. There isn't a hot tub so that may need to be taken off the listing. It's an older house that's been added on to over the years. the kitchen gear is minimal but it everything worked. It's in a quiet and nice neighborhood and the grounds seem to be kept up. Overall, it worked for us and Orlando was a good host.

Disappointed

The property is outdated. The pictures seem to be older photos. The beds were very uncomfortable. It’s 2025 and the bedrooms had no AC. I contacted the owner and was told to check the vents and make sure there were opened. I don’t think that was safe for me to try and do. I understood the assignment when I found a stand up fan. First and last time I’m booking with VMO.

Had roaches

The house had roaches in the kitchen cabinets, under microwave and in the drawers and back bathroom, it made it a little disgusting to cook especially when I seen one on the fish rack. The front bathroom faucet was rusted and only made yellow water to take a bath in. I took pictures of all these occasions for proof. But the roaches killed everything good about the house. Cause now I pray I didn’t take them home with me. His only response to it was just for us to leave and still charge us 200 for the one night and being four hours away from home I didn’t have that option, so was just stuck there with 8 kids trying to eat around bugs. There was also roach dropping in the drawers around the utensils. His ice machine in fridge also didn’t work

Vacation Rental

Our stay was great! The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. We did have a small problem with the AC unit not cooling we notified the property owner and a new unit was installed that day. Great place to stay. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Valdosta, GA.

We didn’t get a chance to stay. Our booking was canceled by the owner without explanation.

We booked a stay here several weeks prior to our trip. The morning of check-in the booking was canceled by the property owner. I understand that sometimes there are unfortunate circumstances. What I don’t understand is when I reached out to the property owner they refused to respond to my email as to why our stay was canceled. Unfortunately, we were already on our way and had no accommodations. I do HIGHLY recommend Comfort Inn and Suites. I urge caution booking this place…you could end up without reservations hours before checking in and not being able to reach the host.

Quiet beautiful older home and neighborhood close to everything.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending the night at this lovely peaceful home. Water flow throughout was low but surprisingly adequate in the shower, and was happy to have a hand held shower head, new shower curtain and very clean bathroom/home. Two dining areas-we really enjoyed the “Florida” room with its view of the heavily treed back yard. The modern art was R-rated but we had no children with us. The TVs were plentiful and offered many on demand options. We didn’t have a need, but there was a stock of supplies in case you forgot something from home-very nice touch! The owner was welcoming and kind. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go again!

Beautiful place

Chuck and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The home had everything we needed to make the stay perfect. The beds were extra comfortable and we both slept peaceably with no aches and pains the next day. We plan to stay there again.
