At Last is located between Boone and Blowing Rock, convenient to all the High Country offers. Within five miles, Boone offers local shopping and dining, local breweries, parks, the Watauga County Recreation Center, and Appalachian State University. Check out the links at Boone Golf Club. Hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway, six miles away, to marvel at the layered mountain views at one of the many overlooks, or take a hike on one of many hiking trails. Six miles toward Blowing Rock are outdoor adventures at Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity Adventures Aerial Park, and Appalachian Ski Mountain. Guests of all ages are sure to find their favorite activity.

A charming two-level log cabin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, At Last can accommodate up to five guests. There are exposed log walls and beams and hardwood floors throughout the home. The living room has a Smart TV and a stacked-rock wood-burning fireplace, making this cozy cabin a romantic getaway. Relax outside on the covered back porch and take in the serene wooded setting from the hot tub after a day on the golf course or the ski slopes. You can roast marshmallows and share stories at the fire pit below the house. The eat-in kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of space for preparing a favorite meal.

This classic log cabin has sleeping spots for two in the main-floor master suite. This unique bedroom has a king bed with reclaimed exposed-log walls leading into the private ensuite with a free-standing soaker tub and shower. Upstairs in the second suite is a king bed and an attached full bathroom. The loft also has a twin sleeper chair and Smart TV.

Additional amenities include Wifi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. One dog, less than thirty pounds, is welcome with an additional pet fee. Access to the house is two steps up from the gravel driveway. Winter travelers should come prepared with AWD or 4WD, and snow chains.
