Welcome to our remodeled, centrally located 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in beautiful Colorado Springs! This stunning ranch-style home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore everything this wonderful city has to offer.

Upon entering the main floor, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living room and fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to cook up a storm during your stay. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining and relaxing, along with a large 65-inch smart HDTV for entertainment.

The main floor also boasts two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a 55-inch smart HDTV. A pack-and-play is available for those traveling with an infant or toddler. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A modern full bathroom with a shower completes this level.

Descend to the basement, and you'll find a cozy family room that is perfect for movie nights or game tournaments, with a 65-inch smart HDTV. This level also includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area with plenty of seating and a grill for enjoying al fresco meals during warmer months. The back patio also hosts a hot tub that accommodates 6-7 guests, perfect for staying warm and relaxed during chilly evenings. The backyard includes a firepit and additional seating for your enjoyment.

The driveway provides parking for up to two cars, with ample street parking available for additional vehicles. Guests will have access to the home via a smart lock, though the garage is not available for guest use.

Our home is located in an older, working-class part of Colorado Springs, offering easy access to downtown and major attractions, including the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. While the neighborhood may not have a polished, touristy feel, many of our guests have found it comfortable and convenient. The listing provides driving distances to all major attractions, so we encourage guests to review this information to ensure the location aligns with their expectations.

This is our home away from home when we want to escape the hustle and bustle of Denver. We’ve equipped it with everything we need for a comfortable stay. We love hiking through the Garden of the Gods on warm days and taking our kids to the nearby bowling alley on chilly afternoons.
