316 Hwy 71 -Bottom Floor Sleeps 10

This is a Suite sleeping 10 people in the busy Arnolds Park Area. This is in the former 316 restaurant along Hwy 71, this is a busy area. There is a small patio area with a grill and chairs. There is a fire pit and patio chairs just feet away in the grass area. This suite features a large area to gather and play cards.
Full Kitchen for meal prep.
We recommend bringing your bikes, wagons and scooters for the kids. The bike trail goes right in front of our property.

Please note, that we do not allow interaction with the passing cars. If your group does this, you will be asked to leave with no refund. There are other airbnbs at this location, so it is disturbing to others.

This is an apartment type of building. You do have guests on each side of you and above you. We understand this is a suite that sleeps 10 but we do want you to be aware that there are guests you would affect if you are planning a louder gathering.

You can walk to all the area bars and restaurants from this location. 1 block to the beach or jump on the boat. The Okoboji Spine Trail goes right in front of this location.

There are 3 bedrooms in Emerson Bay Suite.
#1 is a room with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks.
#2 is a room with a king bed
#3 is a room with a king bed and a queen bunk over top.
There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room table and living room.
You have a patio are along HWY 71. This is the main highway through Arnolds Park.
There is not much grass in front but to the south of our building there is a grass area that you can play yard games on.
If you have small children, this may not be the perfect location because of the Hwy.

We do have several taxi's available in the area. You will find those numbers in the information book in your room.

We do suggestion scooters, bikes and wagons for the kids. You are right on the Dickinson County Bike Trail so you can take that around the lake.
We do have areas for you to lock up your bikes but you need to bring chain and lock.

This is feet from Hwy 71 so there is traffic and noise but so relaxing to watch the cars and see the people. Head out and walk to almost everything.

We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
