This home is not only perfect for a girls/guys trip, but is perfect for families looking for an unforgettable getaway. This spacious retreat offers a range of exciting amenities, such as a large backyard with a cool swing, fire pit, a barbecue area and 3 entertaining areas.

Inside, you'll find a game room complete with a gaming table, board games, indoor basketball hoop, karaoke mics, large projector screen and our ode to Atlanta!

The house itself boasts lots of natural light, 3 bedrooms upstairs with flat screen TV's, a fully equipped kitchen and stocked coffee station, a dining area for shared meals and a luxe piano room.

Have plenty of PHOTO OP moments with the, "Welcome To Atlanta Where The Player's Play" neon sign, The Peace Up, A-Town Down canvases, the black-out bathroom with crocodile wallpaper, the sexy piano room, the MASSIVE fenced in backyard and the master bedroom features a comfy and cozy window seat, macrame swing and its very own private deck!

There are more little hidden gems around the home... check out the wood slatted staircase and artwork!

With its convenient location near ATL Airport, local attractions and ample space for everyone to relax and have fun, the "Convenient City Retreat" promises an enjoyable stay for all.

In town for a family reunion

We were in town for a family reunion for a few days and were pleased with the space and location. We were able to have some family over to visit, with prior approval from the property owner, and everything was nice. The property owner had good communication during our stay. I recommend this property.

They need to permanently fix the ceilings. When I got there, the ceilings were very patchy and small holes were there. They did fix the small holes upon request which was good. And also the sofa was broke, but they fixed that upon request. So those issues made the space not be a better experience initially. The house is very creatively designed tho. Very spacious upstairs. But just be aware of those issues. Hopefully the next person that stays there, the ceilings will not look like a rushed job.

Very family friendly

We stayed at the home to have a family weekend hanging out for our twins’ 2nd birthday. Our oldest enjoyed playing basketball in the entertainment room. The backyard was our favorite part. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious very clean. The host Sachea communicated well when I texted or called for anything. We would definitely book again!

Birthday Getaway

We had an amazing time. The rental was very beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed. Our second night in town we cancelled all of our plans and relaxed inside. I will be coming back.

Engagement Party

The property was great…. The yard was our focal point and was everything… we love the out doors… and the decks provide space…we needed. The decor inside the home was so welcoming we did not want to leave… this is not a house but a home with love thru out.

Upon arrival, the FRONT yard was not up to par. The grass needs to be cut, branches in the grass & HUGE spider & spider webs. A broom was left on the ground under the car porch. The house doesn’t have any curtains or blinds for privacy throughout the house. The windows are nasty and have spider webs. The ceiling has a bunch of water damage. The couch had trash under it. The BACK yard needs A LOT of tlc! I had to blow the deck off because of so much pine and leaves. The back yard needs a make over. It looks like a jungle back there.The cushions to the patio furniture needs to be replaced. It’s big dirty footprints on them. There was no dust pan, the dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. If I had another option to have my aunts party, I would have left the first night!

Did the owner know?

It is a very nice house and the owners seem very nice based on the first communication. We arrived to the home a little before midnight and most of the blinds were gone downstairs and there were no curtains so we felt a little exposed. This was the same upstairs, as some of the blinds there were missing as well. The bed linens had hair on them and stains. There were spots along the walls that were not cleaned. The air was also not working upstairs, so it was super hot up there. We did not complete our stay. We left a little after midnight once we secured somewhere else to go. As stated previously, the owner seemed nice from their communication so my assumption is that maybe they were not aware that the blinds were gone and the home did not have clean linens and air conditioning upstairs. In addition, it smelled as those someone was smoking in the home and tried to cover it with a lot of spray. Nice home, we just had a bad experience.
