214 Summit Beachfront - Dreams

Newly updated owner owned and managed 2nd floor beachfront unit. Don't worry about waiting on elevators, take the stairs just outside the unit door for quick beach access. Directly above the pool you won't miss out on the action. Property has everything you need. Bikini Bobs Bar and Grill, Tiki Hut, Suds and Subs shop, Arcade, Sauna, two pools, hot tubs and newly updated coin laundry room. Beach chairs and jet ski's available to rent on site. Property also has an updated laundry facility and weight room on the first floor.

***9/24/25 Balcony work has begun at The Summit. There will be construction noise and dust. At this time they are working on the far end of the building. Our unit is currently scheduled for work the first week of January.

***1-10-26 Our balcony work has started and is scheduled to be completed by the end of February.

The overall stay

Our condo was absolutely beautiful. Our stay at the summit was amazing everyone there was so sweet we were able to relax and really take in every second of our vacation.

Fantastic Stay!

Very comfortable and very clean condo with new linens and updated decor. The onsite restaurants were a huge plus and super tasty. The 2nd floor location is very convenient. Loved the views from the balcony. We definitely plan to visit again.

Thunder Beach Weekend

Started off bumpy but the owners took care of everything and the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this unit.

Fall break

Condo looked just like pictures. Facility is nice. Restaurant and tiki bar on site was convenient. If you don’t like crowds PCB is not the place for you.

Perfect location and clean!

Located on the 2nd floor near the center stairwell, this is a very clean and nicely decorated condo. We loved the quick access to the ground floor, as the elevators were very hot and crowded. My only inconvenience was that there is no washer and dryer in the condo (but there is a laundry facility on property). My family of 5 was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of it, and we would definitely stay here again. The resort as a whole (The Summit) could use some updating however. The pools were too small for the large amount of people staying here. Also, there is a very strict bracelet policy with ZERO tolerance for visitors.

Great weekend away

This unit is on the 2nd floor! It’s very newly renovated and has very nice amenities. The furniture/bedding is new! The unit is right above the pool- but you can watch the waves roll in from the balcony as well. The Bahama Bobs on site is great for a quick lunch without breaking the bank! It was a great weekend!

Wonderful stay steps to the beach and pool!

We closed our summer at this condo and were so happy we did! The pictures from the listing are beyond accurate, it was great knowing exactly what we were walking in to! Being on the 2nd floor was an absolute game changer, in the best way. The main elevator would get very congested however, we had 14 quick steps to walk up to the door. The unit looks over the pool which was great, because it allowed me to hang back while my youngest napped and my husband took my oldest to the pool. I hung out on the balcony and still was able to share the pool time by watching them! The complex has a fun tiki bar and snack shack - both were perfect for the days spent at the pool and beach. The overall location was great too. On the quieter side of town, which was great and made for less traffic when running out and about. The owner is extremely communicative and available for any questions. They were very proactive with all communication too which I appreciated.
