This beautiful gem is a paradise for those seeking the ultimate vacation experience. Nestled along a serene canal in the amazing city of Jamaica Beach, this beautiful home has over 1400 sq/ft of deck space. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, Jamaican Waves is a spacious retreat that comfortably accommodates your family get-together of up to 10 guests in beds, plus a crib for your littlest ones. The two fully equipped kitchens provide ample space for culinary creations, and the stand-alone ice maker ensures refreshing beverages are always at hand. Enjoy your meals on the custom-built hand-sanded wood butcher block dining table, which seats 10 or more or you can eat outdoors over the waterfront bar top bringing everyone together in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. You can catch dinner with the provided fishing poles or bait the crab trap to catch some succulent blue crab.

Entertainment options abound in this vacation paradise. Each bedroom includes its own television and video gaming system, ensuring everyone can unwind with their favorite shows and games. Choose between two inviting and comfy living rooms to kick back, relax and enjoy a movie on Netflix or other provided channels. You can also stretch out and enjoy a book or improve your bronze beach tan on one of the floating and blissful zero-gravity hanging lounge chairs, creating memories of pure relaxation
Venture beyond the back deck, and you’ll discover even more delights. Hop on one of the provided beach cruiser bicycles or the Surrey bike, complete with a shade canopy for your convenience, and explore the nearby store or neighborhood pub.
Embrace your inner grill master with multiple propane grills and a 4-burner flat-top grill for mouthwatering barbecues. Challenge your friends to a thrilling game of shuffleboard or outdoor bowling and create memories with endless laughter and good competition.
Other thoughtful additions include a fish cleaning station for the avid angler and don’t forget the private backyard dock for your boat or waver runner. The beautiful community of Jamaica Beach has a boat launch where you can load and unload your watercraft, located at the end of our street.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 4 cameras at the home, one on each side of the house. They do not record sound.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
