Welcome to our little slice of paradise, Villa Vilano! Just steps from the ocean, this beautifully remodeled beach home is waiting to help you make your best memories. The house is over 2600 SF with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and over 1,000 SF of decks on 3 levels with views of the ocean, intracoastal and Vilano Causeway Bridge. You can catch both sunrises and sunsets from the top deck!
The location of the house is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, yet hip. You'll be 1 block from the ocean and a 10 minute walk along the nature path to get to the center of Vilano Beach where there is a Publix, hotels, shops, restaurants, boat rental and pier. It's only a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood pickleball and tennis courts and a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

We are avid travelers and have stayed in our share of vacation rentals. We have taken the best appointments from our experiences and tried to incorporate them into your stay. The bedrooms are large and the beds are VERY comfortable (!!). The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, cookware and utensils, including an induction range. The kitchen is set up for you to enjoy cooking if that's your thing while away from home. If not, there are several restaurant options just minutes away. You will also have a dedicated workspace with high speed internet if you have to intersperse a little work with your play.

There are lots of toys available for your use including a paddle board, boogie board, bikes, pickleball and tennis equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs. There is also a Tesla charger in the garage. There are too many amenities to list here so we encourage you to review the amenity list.
