Lovely apartment, great beach getaway

This was a lovely apartment that was close to the beach, in a great location in Ocean City! Our host Rob was very communicative and responsive whenever we had a question, and check-in and checkout were super easy!

We had a good time here. The place smelled nice when we entered the house. The bed looked like it hadn’t been taken care of since the last visitors. The mattress pad looked like it had been recently slept on. Everything was clean but I wouldn’t call it emaculate. The owner was very responsive. Easy check-in as well. Nice location a couple min walk from the beach.

Perfect location!

Great place for a getaway to the beach. Easy check in process. Very clean and comfortable place. So close to the beach. Would stay again.

Robert was nice to work with. Check in/check out very simple. King bed (listed as queen). Pull out couch in poor condition. Unit clean though fabrics (couch, mattress pad, decorative pillows) need attention.Overall enjoyed our stay but would not have called it “immaculate” as advertised

Report ALL issues to this owner immediately

We stayed for a quick weekend. Upon arrival, the towel bar in bathroom was broken, but assuming owner was local and damage so obvious, I did not think to reach out, not one to complain, not even on cleanliness. Nonetheless, accusing us of damage we didn't do. First experience with this type of issue. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Inaccurate Description of Property

Property did not provide any toiletries and didn’t notify me of this until day of stay. There were no sheets either on the bed. Property did not feel very clean either. Would not recommend.

The owner was very friendly and responsive, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the space was disappointing. There was a stain on the bed, chair covers, and curtains, as well as dust in the corners. The fridge and glasses also showed streaks. Additionally, the bedroom had an unpleasant odor, suggesting that the cleaning was not thorough. While I appreciate the host's hospitality, I would not choose to stay here again due to the cleanliness issue. I've included pictures that i took upon check-in and day after

Great weekend vacation

The condo was very clean and welcoming. Check in was simple and the owner was easily accessible. Great location also. Was only a short walk to the beach. I would definitely book here again.

I would not recommend this rental based on my experience. The sofa bed was broken and unusable, making sleeping arrangements very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a broken fixture that was also rusty, which made it feel neglected and poorly maintained. The king-size bed’s mattress was badly sagging, offering little support and leading to poor sleep. Overall, the place felt worn down and in need of serious maintenance. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price.

Great location and communication

We loved the location! We are early birds, being so close to the beach for mor ing walks and sunrises was exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and provided what we needed for our getaway. Loved that we coukd have our small dog with us. We did bring our own sheets for a queen bed (advertised), to find it was a king. We ran to the store for king sheets

Swift Getaway

Great location to the beach…easy walk around the corner. 20 mins from boardwalk. There is a $4 all day bus route as a bus stop is right out front. Cute condo! Would definitely book again.

Overall nice place to stay

This rental was nice, clean and had an easy check in process. The host was reachable and provided clear instruction. This rental had what we needed for a quick beach trip. They did have some beach chairs and an umbrella to use as well. It’s a plus that it comes with a parking spot, so no worries about finding somewhere to park. My only complaint was that we had to bring our own sheets and bath towels.; just an extra thing you need to pack. Otherwise, great experience.

Better Than Expected

After our last stay a year ago at a different place we were unsure about booking again but we did it any way. This place was fantastic. Convenient to the beach, an assigned parking spot in the back of the unit and easy to get to. There was also an outside shower to rinse off the sand. We worried about the road noise but once inside and door closed, it was amazingly quiet. We did hear the folks upstairs walking around but it was not a bother. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. For this being a pet friendly condo smell was something we wondered about. And again, we were pleasantly surprised. If the little dog dish wasn't there by the table I would have had no idea pets were allowed. We did have our fur baby with us. If I have to give a critique, I would say a new broom would be in order for the condo or a vacuum. I have this lovely little condo bookmarked as a favorite now.

Yeah so we couldn’t check in until 3, so you’d think that would leave enough time for the place to be cleaned right? But no, we get there and the bed is covered in hair. From a dog? A person? Who knows? same with the couch. Also, on the listing it says there’s a queen sized bed in the bedroom, but we get there and there is an obvious king sized bed. This makes things much worse, because in the document the owner sent me a few days prior to my stay, it says that linens (as in sheets) are not provided and we will have to bring our own. In both the listing and the document it states that the bed is a queen, so we brought sheets for a queen bed. But the bed is a king! So we now have to either wash the gross hair covered bedding that the owner never bothered to clean, or buy new sheets and bedding. We ended up washing the top bed spread, but that didn’t even really solve the problem.Additionally, when I contacted the owner about this, all he said was that he’s sorry and asked if I could send any pictures of what I am describing. He never did anything about it. ***there is no toilet paper holder******there is no towel rack (both for washing hands or showering)******the ice maker in freezer does not work*** I’m not sure how one can call this an “immaculate” place to stay. Whoever rated this place a 9.2/10 is out of their minds. Only stay here if you really have to. Wasn’t terrible but would not be 1st 2nd or 3rd recommendation. If it was clean and as described then 8/10

This is your SPOT in OCMD! This is an Immaculate 1 Bedroom/Bath condo. Queen bed in master bedroom and in the pullout couch. I am local and will there to help you if needed. Self check in via lockbox. You can relax during your stay! We are not offering line service this year UNLESS you request it. I will be able to provide that cost to you or offer the line company so you can arrange with them.

The neighborhood is convenient to everything from places to eat, shop and catch the bus south (across the street by Wine Rack) and it drops off in front of the condo!
