Esta casa tranquila se encuentra en la bahía de Ocean City. Con una hoja de barco privado y el muelle se puede pescar o cangrejo justo en su patio trasero. Una gran cubierta, para que usted pueda disfrutar de la cena y las bebidas o simplemente relajarse con un libro. Ver la puesta de sol desde su terraza privada de la habitación principal que se ve a la derecha en la bahía. Esta escapada totalmente equipada es ideal para parejas o una familia. Ambos dormitorios tienen sus propios baños privados.

La playa está a pocos pasos de distancia y tiendas y vida nocturna son abundantes. Por no hablar de los fabulosos restaurantes de mariscos en todas partes. Hay 17 campos de golf para elegir. Muchos Charters Deep Sea disponibles para el pescador. Esta ubicación hará que sus vacaciones completas!

This property was great and we would definitely recommend staying here! We loved the location on the bay side of ocean city especially with the 2 decks overlooking the water. There’s a bus stop right at 94th street so it was very easy to get around ocean city without having to drive that much.

We had a great stay. The property was as described. The decks were amazing. Proximity to everything made for a fabulous stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect place to stay. The owner had all your supplies you needed for cooking and preparing your own meals. You could go crabbing right off the dock. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Beach Bliss at Garrish Retreat

Excellent stay July 4 week. Two large decks overlooking the canal and bay. Less than a 15-minute walk to the beach. Great neighborhood with a grocery store, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very dog-friendly. You walk in and relax immediately. Everything you want and need on a beach vacation. Already looking at my calendar for next year's stay.

Garrish Retreat - Excellent Stay

My mom, dog, and I had stayed here for a week. The back deck was awesome to relax on during the cool evenings. Mrs. Garrish had supplied everything kitchen wise which was really nice. I will recommend her place to my friends and family. We will also be staying here again.

Great location!

Great spot off 94th Street! Close to the beach and the back porch is gated in so we could bring our dog. House is stocked well and owner Dawn is very welcoming. Great trip for the family!

Peaceful place

Spacious, clean, very well stocked, the decks are great for sitting at night with your beverage, very peaceful and relaxing. The quiet neighborhood was very nice as well.

Great location and pet friendly!

Great stay! Property was perfect for 3 of us and our lab. Very spacious and clean. Perfect for those with pups, there is actual grass on the street which my suburban pup loved. Deck is gorgeous with fantastic views at sunset. Would definitely stay again!

Review of Garrish retreat

This is the second time my family has visited the property and we had a great stay. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lovely decks on the water, and plenty of parking. The location is ideal, has a residential vibe, and we have close access to the beach without the crowds or noise. Dawn is a wonderful host and I recommend her home to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Great Rental!

I only have good things to say about the rental! The owner was great with communication and very welcoming. We brought small children and our dog. Everyone was very safe and comfortable!

Quite retreat

Was a very nice stay. Very nice neighborhood and very nice location. The dogs enjoyed the decks and the nice walking areas. Dawn the owner always was quick to respond to any question I had and made us feel welcome to her home. To anyone on the fence about staying on the bay side just do it. Restful sleep and a awesome house that is fully stocked.

Vacation near the bay

The property was lovely. We had 2 patios, including one off of the master bedroom. The street was very quiet yet located near great restaurants and shopping. Beach parking was easy and the landlady was accessible and a pleasure to work with. The unit was strictly "non-smoking" which we really appreciated.

Garrish Retreat OC Maryland

My fiancé and I rented the Garrish retreat! For the first half of week, It was Him and I! We loved the quiet location, With the beautiful bay view! The private balcony was great for relaxing in the morning with our coffee, And at Night to wind down after a night out! My brother and his family came mid week and it was spacious enough for the comfort of everyone! We enjoyed the dock and did some fishing & crabbing!! The Garrish retreat was beyond our expectations! Very clean, and “Homey” with the perfect beach feel decor!! Absolutely loved every moment, And can not wait to return next year!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, But family friendly vacay spot!

The OC trip

The place could have been cleaner, also the place smelled musty or moldy when entering the facility. While we were there a picture in the bathroom fell down and broke the back of the toilet and made a mess, had to call a plumber to fix the disaster. Also the toilets run off and on the whole time for 7 days and the kitchen sink sprayer would not turn off, the place has plumbing issues, carpets need replaced. Everything else was okay.

Great cozy place to stay in an awesome location!

Everything about renting Dawn's place was smooth and easy, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, and dawn is an excellent host! The townhouse is close to everything -- from the beach to stores to restaurants and vet hospitals. The views from the deck were beautiful -- day & night and even during Hurricane Isasias! The Garrish Retreat had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was nice and bright from the recent makeover Dawn had given it. The house was roomy and the beds were comfortable. Being disabled, I did struggle a bit with the low toilets in the bathrooms, but I knew that might happen given the age of the house (30+ years). A quick trip to Walmart for a raised toilet seat solved that problem for me, though. My friend Stephanie had no complaints about her room or the deck views, but she did say that she lost hot water a couple of times while taking a shower. With the exception of few bits of dust and hair in a few of the bathroom corners, the home really was nice & clean. The Garrish Retreat truly is an ideal place to rent in Ocean City! I loved that I was able to bring my dog and that the area felt safe to take walks with her day and night. The only suggestions I have that might make Dawn's place even better than it is already would be to: 1) Upgrade all of the TVs so streaming devices could be used, especially on bad weather days; 2) Consider switching over to a keyless entry system to bypass any issues that could occur with the postal service.

It could have been perfect

This beach home had the potential to be the perfect Ocean City vacation spot. The location was beautiful, quiet, and within walking distance to the beach, various shops, the Coffee Beanery, and the bus stop. The home had two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms and tvs. The kitchen, 1/2 bath, sitting room with tv, and spacious deck areas overlooking the water was fantastic; just what our family needed and wanted. We were really looking forward to staying her for our 7 day beach vacation based upon the reviews of how wonderful and clean the house was. We are a fair-skinned family, so we spend more time indoors, eating out, and shopping, rather than on the beach itself, so the lodging is very important to us. The beach home was tidy, but not very clean. The carpets and area mats could use a very good steam cleaning or two, especially for a pet friendly rental. The bed sheets provided were not clean; there was hair all over them, so we went out and bought our own to use instead. The bed linens had not been washed; pet fur and long hairs were all over them. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom linens at all, and I washed the master bedroom linens. The showers didn't look cleaned at all and dust build up was in every room. The 2nd bedroom, where my children slept, had an overwhelming old pet or musty odor. The deck was splintered and in need of sanding and treatment...we got some splinters from it. Needless to say, for the price we paid to rent the house, we were disappointed and felt the cost was unjustified for the lack of cleanliness, which made us uncomfortable. If the home had a good professional cleaning and deck maintenance, this beach rental would be a perfect 5 star place. Sadly, I would not want to rent here again and would not recommend it. I'm not writing this review to be overly critical, because Dawn was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I'm hoping this review serves to help improve the experience for the next family who rents this beach home.

Had a great time. Location was very convenient for beach and fun.

All involved in rental were very friendly and helpful. Spent most of our time at beach, amusements, boardwalk, and fishing.
