The property was exactly as expected. We really enjoyed our short stay, however, we were a little disappointed with the Hot Tub not working properly and the main bed was too soft for our liking. The property manager was great providing all the information needed as responded quickly to questions.

The hot tub was excellent, and the temperature was perfect. This place is almost downtown. You just walk out of the house and within 100 yard. You’re at the first couple of places to go shop or eat. The owners are super nice and answered my questions quick. I even rented this for my mother and my aunt for Christmas present the following weekend. Very impressed and pleased.

Host was very responsive, location fantastic, hot tub a very nice add, only minor issue was the road noise but of course an old firehouse would be on a main road and the fact we could walk only a few minutes to shopping and restaurants was more important to us. Will rent again!

Everything was very clean and the owner made sure to inform us about a fall in the temperature of the hot tub prior to our arrival, so we were able to adjust our use of it easily. Easy parking, very great instructions. Loved that this place was both in a quiet area, but very close to everything!

This place had character. It was clean, very comfortable bed, coffee pods, and the use of the hot tub makes this a great place to stay! Close to everything! I would definitely recommend this quaint place and i would stay again.

Nice clean house close to all the fun

Quick Graduation Trip

Grandparents came for WHS Graduation. Quick trip but had a great time. Perfect location. Close to everything. Great floor plan and had everything they needed.

So relaxing!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was great including the communication, check in process, and location.Very peaceful and relaxing! Would definitely recommend.

Rude owners

Went for a weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday. It started off great, however, we found used wash cloths hanging on the shower. We contacted the owner and she said it was an over sight. We didn’t make a big deal of it and continued our weekend. We later realized the refrigerator was not working properly as our 3 month old’s formula smelled sour and our food was not cold. We contacted the host and she hung up the phone on me after saying she’d have to wake her husband up to come check out the refrigerator. Once they arrived, we got dirty looks and we felt like it was an inconvenience to them that their fridge wasn’t working. They had no worries about us and our daughter possibly getting sick from spoiled food that we consumed. I have travelled the world and have never been treated so poorly! We did not feel safe staying at the property after they continued to make us feel un welcome with their looks and attitude. The host was even snooping around and looking in the living room and outside in the bbq pit and hot tub. Absolutely unacceptable! We packed up and left a night early bc we felt uneasy. My daughter got sick a day later and we had to take her to the doctor, and still the owners did not issue any type of refund for the inconveniences, which I wasn’t surprised. If you choose to stay in Wimberley, stay anywhere else but here!

Great little cabin off main drag

Loved the decor and the hot tub. Just the two of us, but there was plenty of space for more. Robes were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Best stay ever!

Property was just as pictured/described. Property owner left me a dessert and bottle of mimosa for my birthday such a sweet gesture. Location of rental perfect it was near everything we needed walking distance. The warm jacuzzi was a plus after all the walking. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location and very clean

Loved the firehouse design. Great location too. Right in the middle of everything. Kids appreciated the games in the house. The selection is awesome. Not very secluded property though. Roght on the main road. So don’t expect the deer. But very cozy and great private front yard. Jacuzzi and swing chair are greatly appreciated.

Spacious and well stocked!

Spacious and stocked with plenty of essentials and sweet little details! Very central to town and a 5 minute walk almost anywhere you’d need to go on the square. Backyard was still very quiet and private at night and we enjoyed the hot tub!
