Obviously, the photo above is not me. However, it is my grandson, and that big fish is one of many that he caught in Cypress Creek at Azul Casita. He fished while we worked on the cottage. It was quite a summer.
We would work all day and then stop and enjoy the evenings on the back deck until we just had to go on home and get a little rest.
We even talked about moving there we liked it so much. Then I thought about moving and decided we would give others a chance to enjoy this great place.
My husband and I have been living in Wimberley full time for the last 2 years, and up until then, we spent every weekend here. Our whole family is here. Our 2 sons and our grandson and granddaughter, who is a cheerleader for WHS. We have a very full life just keeping up with all of their activities, but enjoy the vacation rental business as well. That is why we bought Azul Casita and her next door neighbor Amarillo Casita. We are happy to report both cottages have been renovated and are ready for happy, fun vacationers to visit. Give it a try, you will be glad you did. A little piece of heaven, and throw in a little magic, await your arrival.

We chose this property because of the absolutely gorgeous setting and The wonderful cool, clear, deep water here on Cypress Creek. There is no other place like it in Wimberley. We feel so fortunate to be the owners.
Maybe retire here. What a thought!

This property has such a unique location. We are only 1.5 miles from the downtown square, but when you are here you feel as though you are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are able to unwind, relax and just be.
However, if you demand more action, just drive 1.5 miles and you are there.
