Imagine your dream vacation in a private Hawaiian resort where you wake up each morning to enjoy your Kona coffee in a lovely 3bedroom/ 3bath condo. Our guests benefit from the less than 20 steps to enter the Beach Club. This provides access to the pool (w beach towels), hot tub, recreation ctr., & direct access to one of the most popular beaches in Waikoloa (Anaehoomalu) aka A-Bay. With original work by local artists throughout; this 2138 sq. ft. garden level unit offers impeccable amenities. It includes subzero refrigerator freezer w ample ice supply, built in oven, microwave & stove top. Dining table seating for 6 and 3 barstools at the island. Kitchen is equipped with serving for 10, rice cooker, slow cooker, electric can opener & coffee grinder, Keurig and drip coffee makers, roasting pans and baking sheets. King bed in primary bedroom, Queen in 2nd bedroom off kitchen & Twin beds (that can be converted into a king) in 3rd bedroom w direct access to hall bath. Located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, you are walking distance from the King's Shops and The Queen Shops where you have a wide range of restaurants to choose from. Each shops are equipped with a variety of shopping, eateries and places to book your next adventure. Come stay at our beautiful condo and live our your dream vacation!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay just before Xmas. The condo was perfect for our stay and group size. Easy check in and it was super clean and well appointed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The condo is very nice. Clean and well maintained. It is in a beautiful location with quick access to the pool and beach. We had some issues with the oven not working and challenges in lighting the grill which made cooking difficult.

Unforgettable trip and memories on our family trip. Absolutely stunning condo with great pool/amenities right across the street. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful with easy to follow instructions to access the property. We sat outside just about every meal enjoying the view and weather. Not a question of if, but when we visit the big island again, we would stay at Kolea 10D in a heartbeat. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts for helping make our trip unforgettable!

Wonderful rental. We rented two units at kolea for an extended family reunion. The owners were easy to communicate with and the unit was comfortable and clean. Well stocked with beach gear, cooler etc.

Phenomenal property, location, owners, all of it. We had two families staying in the unit. Plenty of room. We cook most meals and the kitchen had everything we need. Being across from the pool with a huge lanai and grassy area was an added bonus. Would stay here again and again.

Perfect location

Extremely close to the pool and beach access which was our number one priority. Ground level so had access to the grass adjacent to the lanai which the kids would run around and play on. Excellent experience overall and would recommend to anyone, especially families who love swimming!

Location, location, location. I have stayed at multiple locations in Kolea and this property is one of the best. Ground level, open grass area overlooking beautiful landscaping, and located across from the pool.

Exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The location close to the beach club and beach was great with the kids, literally just a quick stroll over the road from the verandah. Waikoloa Beach Resort also offers some great shopping and cafe’s. The check in process and communication was great! We will be back!!

Perfect for the family

The condo exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space both inside and out for our family. It is right across from the community pool and beach access. The large lanai is great for lounging, opens up to the grass area, and has a BBQ. Condo was very clean, check-in was easy, and the property manager was very attentive to questions we had.

Fantastic Stay on the Big Island!

Large and comfortable property directly across from the pool and beach! Condo was well stocked with beach chairs and towels. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but the property managers were on it right away. (This was the best property mgmt. company I have ever seen — always promptly responded to communications and followed up.). WouldRecommend.

Kolea is amazing!

Terrific condo with comfortable furnishings and right near the pool on the ground floor. 60 seconds to swimming! Great location! Kitchen extremely well equipped. Property managers easy to work with and communicative. Bedding could be improved a bit for a luxury property like this, is my only small critique, but that didn’t detract. Would rent again!

Great Condo & Location!

The condo is well kept, comfortable and provides all that you need (even beach chairs, cooler, boogie board). The location is perfect!! Right across from the pool and then just a very short walk from the pool to the beach. The pool area is nicely maintained. There are lounge chairs on the beach too. Also walking distance to the King & Queen shops and dining, as well as dining next door at the Marriott Waikoloa Resort and walk the beach to Lava, Lava with nightly live music. We are definitely going to rent again & bring our teenagers!

Beautiful home, safe, quiet location.

We had a beautiful stay at this rental. The owners communication was great. We appreciated the little things like ketchup, outdoor grill, playing cards, dishwasher detergent, beach umbrella, chairs. I put my head down and fell asleep in seconds each night. The beds are very comfortable. The location across from the pool was Perfect for an early swim. They also have coffee at the club house :) my only suggestion is to get a full length mirror so I can see my shoes with my outfit. We will definitely be back. Did I mention the pool is the perfect warm temperature? And it’s right next to A Bay?! Amazing rental.

Perfect location

We have stayed in Kolea a dozen times and this condo had one of the most convenient locations! Plus the 3 bedroom layout was perfect for a family of 5! Couple of downsides, the floor in the unit was very dirty upon checkin (kids white socks were black in no time). Plus the twin beds were left with out comforters or top blankets. The rental host was quick to respond and sent out two blankets for the kids, which was incredibly nice.

I have mixed feelings about Kolea 10D. The location of the unit is fantastic. The unit is across from the pool and close to the beach. The unit is spacious and the bedroom furniture is adequate. Noise was not an issue. The unit has a plethora of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels etc. The washer and dryer worked well. The patio furniture was pleasant and the gas grill was wonderful for BBQ. The unit has great potential but there were maintenance issues that require addressing. The appliances are old. We had issues with the oven and refrigerator. The refrigerator did not cool contents very well . The oven was a little flaky and worked sometimes but seemed to not work at other times. The kitchen also lacked a cutting board. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. The air conditioner in the bedrooms did not work well and the rooms were hot at night. The management company tried to get a HVAC company to come out but they never did. The thermostat was also indicating poor air quality. On the plus side the mgmt company is very responsive and we did appreciate that. This unit would be fantastic with a few upgrades. Hopefully the owner addresses the updates needed.

We had been looking for a property in a private resort area for some time when Kolea Kai 10D became available. This condo has all of the attributes that we considered vital for that dream vacation. The most important being location. Kolea Kai is a private residential community located along the ocean in the Waikoloa Resort. Just 30 minutes north of the airport, it provides one of the most desirable areas for tourist accommodations. Within the parameters of Waikoloa Resort and within walking distance from the condo, the guests will find a variety of excellent dining choices, shopping, three nine hole golf courses, luxury cinemas, a gourmet grocery store, petroglyph trails and water sports.

What makes Kolea Kai 10D stand out from all the rest of the vacation rental condos at Kolea Kai is its close proximity to the Beach Club.
