Si usted está buscando un alojamiento de cinco estrellas con vistas increíbles, O usted quiere ser dueño de parte del paraíso este es el lugar! A estrenar Villa, recién amueblado en una comunidad cerrada de lujo frente al mar, situado delante de un club de playa privado y acceso directo a la playa de Waikoloa. Nuestro exclusivo de dos dormitorios, 2 baños villa es nada menos que espectacular. Es ideal para familias o escapadas románticas. Ha sido decorado profesionalmente con muebles detalla específicamente Tahitian para mejorar el ambiente hawaiano. Tenemos 1.422 pies cuadrados de amplias habitaciones que incluyen un amplio Lanai.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama California King, el segundo dormitorio consta de dos camas individuales y también hemos añadido una mayor comodidad con una reina / sofá cama en el salón. Nuestra Villa incluye aire acondicionado y ventiladores en los dos dormitorios y sala de estar. La cocina gourmet incluye encimeras de granito, gabinetes magnífico, nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una ducha separada sobre el tamaño, acabados de piedra natural y una lujosa bañera de gran tamaño. El segundo baño tiene una ducha y bañera independiente.

We had an amazing stay with family for a week on the Big Island. Kolea is a beautiful complex in Waikoloa Beach area. The unit was okay. There are quite a few things needing repair. The only issue was the property advertises it sleeps 6 with a sleeper sofa. There was not a sleeper sofa so someone had to sleep on the couch. There was a blowup mattress but not a lot of room to put it and roaches on the floor. We would stay at Kolea again just maybe at a different unit.

Perfect Hawai’i

This rental property was perfect. It had everything you could need for the beach. The location is spectacular with Marriott next door for great breakfasts, Lava Lava restaurant walking distance on the beach, beautiful pool and easy walk to beach and shops including a great local market. Shawn made sure we had access to everything we needed and was in touch as necessary. Would definitely come back. Mahalo!

Came to Kona during the Ironman competition not knowing it was happening and all the hotels were booked so went for a VRBO versus a hotel. Was bummed until I checked into the condo and experienced the private beach club! Great stay!

Amazing Waikoloa experience

When I booked the listing, I didn't realize how close it was to so many things. The beach club was a block and a half away. Two amazing pools and also with direct beach access. Lots of great restaurants and shops that were close. The condo itself was great and the hosts were super responsive to questions. All in all a great spot and I would totally stay here again if we come back to Waikoloa.

Great location; condo didn't meet expectations

The Kolea condo development was excellent with great access to the beach and an awesome pool area. Shawn was quick to communicate and very helpful. Unfortunately, the condo itself was lacking in several ways. The furniture was older and more worn out than we had anticipated. The whole unit needed some extra cleaning and TLC.

We loved the location. It's my 2nd time staying in this development. The owner was super friendly and had excellent communication. We cooked everyday so we made good use of the kitchen. We loved the pool and hot tub area. Loved being able to swim at the beach with the turtles everyday. Nice to walk to Lava Lava for dinner and live music. Great stay!

Cousin getaway

The Kolea property is great. Such close proximity to "A" bay. It would have been nice if the pool had a deep end. As far as the condo we were in, that's another story. We stayed in 14 D. The pictures that we viewed through vbro were not exactly accurate. The stainless steel refrigerator shown in the photos is unplugged and obviously not working. There is a second refrigerator in the unit without filtered water and ice next to the dining table. All the rugs in the bathroom s and the one in the hallway are filthy. The small refrigerator out by the grill did not work. We also could not get the TV to work half the time. The one small plastic cutting board we found needed to be thrown out. The coffee filters in the cupboard did not match coffee pot. The twin beds advertised were small and narrow. Almost like a child's twin. The mattress cover on the king bed is stained. The dryer knob did not work. We had to use scissor handles to turn it. So in other words, I would recommend Kolea condos to stay at, just not 14 D. It needs a lot of TLC.

The location of this property is excellent, a fee steps from the beach club and beach. Can walk to shops. Spacious rooms, well-outfitted kitchen, awesome lanai/outdoor kitchen with grill. Hate to leave.

Great location. Perfect for families

This is an amazing condo. Located super close to the beach and pool. Everything is within walking distance including the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. It is fully stocked and has all the beach items needed to enjoy countless days at the beach. Plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and snorkel gear. We would definitely stay here again. Shawn made the process easy and was very accommodating!!

Great fun, close to pool and beach

This condo is in the Kolea gated community in the larger Waikoloa Beach Resort. The resort has the King's and Queen's Marketplaces (5-15 min walk) with many shops, restaurants, and the Island Gourmet grocery store (at Queen's). Very convenient and pricey. The deli area inside offers a huge variety of take-out food for a nice alternative to dining out, though we experienced a long wait for dinner one day. A larger and cheaper grocery store can be found at KTA in Waikoloa Village, 15-min drive away. The Kolea Beach Club (3-min walk away) has main pool, sand-bottom kids pool, hot tub, fitnessand lounge areas, and a kitchen. Towels provided (use at club only) and morning coffee. Our kids loved the pool and walked there on their own. There's a gate from the club 1-min to the beach at "A Bay" and shower to rinse off. Very small waves, easy and safe to swim. Beautiful shoreline to explore, especially at sunset. Our host sent detailed check-in instructions. We arrived 90 min after check-in time and were surprised to find the cleaners still working. They let us store our food and luggage, and we went to the pool until they were done. We were notified there's an extra air bed if needed. What we didn't realize is that the listed sofa sleeper had been replaced with a big leather sectional, so turned out we did need it. It was large, self-inflating, and good quality, but we had to move furniture, deflate and store each day (too big to leave up). All the actual beds were really comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed (though we had a mixup with types of coffee filters and a manual that didn't match the machine). The induction stove top controls can be finicky. Large master bath with huge bathtub and shower. The lanai (back patio) was nice area with grill, with sliding doors that can tuck away. Unfortunately, we all experienced some mosquito bites, so we kept it closed. Closet packed full of beach toys, in various states of repair: many boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, mats + sand toys. We enjoyed it all at Hapuna Beach to boogie board, and Mauna Lani to snorkel. Beach towels as well. The host was responsive and friendly. Check out instructions said to do all but one load of laundry before we left, which was tough with an early flight and dryer slow to dry towels. In all, a great time with a few bumps along the way and would stay there again. Recommend the host clarify the sofa/air bed and laundry set expectations aware ahead of time. Mahalo!

wonderful unit in a great place to vacation

Unit is easy walk to beach and pool. Restaurants close if you don't want to cook. Wonderful kitchen if you like to cook. AC cools the entire unit and in unit washer and dryer is a great plus. If you scuba dive your less than 1/2 hour drive to the harbor. Then there's Shawn....what an absolute great person. We needed a last minute rental and he did everything to help us get into the unit asap.

Beautiful location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for two couples. It had a very well equipped large kitchen and also an outdoor kitchen which was great for barbecuing in the evening. The pool area is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautiful! Shawn the host, couldn’t have been any more helpful , he was wonderful. Wie’ll definitely be back!

Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Short walk to the pool and beach were huge for us. Condo was very spacious and clean with everything that we needed. Grounds were quiet and peaceful. Appreciate the good communication too!

Beautiful vacation

This was our first time staying at Kolea on the Big Island and the location was perfect for our small family. The condo was well appointed - kitchen was well stocked and a closet of beach toys to use. The owners were super responsive and great to communicate with. We had a small issue with some things that were missed by the cleaners during our visit, but Shawn responded immediately to resolve and rectify. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely recommend.

The condo was nicely laid out and provisioned with all the amenities we could want plus many we didn't have time to use. Access to the pool and exercise equipment as well as easy walking to the beach and dining.
