The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom for your convenience, with a king primary suite on the top floor and all other bedrooms on the mid-level. The home has a well-appointed kitchen, linens service (fresh sheets and towels upon arrival), plenty of board games, and a smart TV in every room to sign into your streaming accounts. Be sure to take advantage of the private outdoor space, including a fully gated, glistening pool (heating is optional seasonally for an additional fee), hot tub, ping-pong table, putting green, and corn hole area, as well as a large covered patio with lounge seating, a dining area, TV, a fridge, Bluetooth speaker, and convenient outdoor bathroom and shower. The top floor contains an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and massive windows that is sure to help you check reality at the door and keep your mindset in vacation mode (be sure to spot the peekaboo view of the Currituck Lighthouse from the bonus room).
As the sun begins to dip, take a quick walk to the Sound-side path or Whalehead Club to catch some of the most breathtaking sunsets OBX has to offer. Are you wondering what to do when not on the beach or lounging by your private pool? You won’t have to look very far as this home is conveniently located in the award-winning Corolla Light resort community, which boasts amazing on-site amenities: three seasonal oceanfront pools, lighted basketball & shuffleboard courts, a putting green and horseshoe pits, a playground, and eight outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a Sound-side pool, Sound-front pier, and a massive year-round indoor sports center with an eight-lane lap pool and 12P Spa (both currently under reconstruction until summer 2024), two racquetball courts, two indoor clay tennis courts, an exercise/fitness room, game room, and locker room with saunas. Beyond all the resort amenities, you’re also close to Corolla Light town center, featuring shopping, dining, mini golf, and even an arcade! Stroll along on the dedicated walk path, where you'll be able to enjoy the grounds or go on a tour of the Whalehead Club, stand in awe at the base or scale the stairs to the top of the Currituck Lighthouse, learn something new at the Currituck Maritime Museum, OBX Center for Wildlife Education, or stroll the quaint shops at Corolla Village, which include a bookstore, juice bar, coffee shop, BBQ stand, and some original structures from early inhabitants. If you're looking to hop in the car, you’re a quick drive from Food Lion and Timbuck II, a shopping village. There are also a myriad of water sports rentals around as well as wild horse tours if you want to venture north on the 4x4 beaches. Needless to say, there’s a little something for everyone here at Corolla Light!

Community pools are typically available for guest use on Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.
