A medida que Europa y España vuelven a abrir gradualmente para viajar a medida que las restricciones se alivian, hemos lanzado nuestro nuevo programa de limpieza y desinfección, a medida que damos la bienvenida a los huéspedes. Nuestro nuevo programa de limpieza y desinfección incluye rigurosos protocolos mejorados de limpieza y desinfección que abordan la nueva normalidad y brindan a los consumidores la confianza que necesitan para visitarnos nuevamente. Llevamos la limpieza y la higiene a un nivel completamente nuevo, y estamos orgullosos de tener una reputación de larga data por sus altos estándares de limpieza ”.
Parque Botánico es un magnífico lugar de paz y tranquilidad en medio de la naturaleza y vegetación, a tan sólo 5 minutos en coche de las playas cercanas y 10 minutos de los animados pueblos de Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banús y Marbella.
A tan sólo 15 minutos de varios magníficos campos de golf.

Nuestro apartamento de 2 habitaciones con estupendas vistas, esta ideado para hacer vida exterior aunque nada ha sido descuidado en el interior, con una estupenda zona de estar y comedor con acceso directo a la amplia terraza, una cocina completamente amueblada con todos los electrodomésticos, así como todo lo que usted necesita durante su estancia, lo cual le proporcionará unas agradables y confortables vacaciones, sintiéndose como en casa. Suelos de mármol en todo el apartamento, aire acondicionado para el verano y caliente para los meses más fríos. Las habitaciones son también atractivas, una de ellas con estupendo cuarto de baño en-suite. WIFI y smart TV con canales de todos los países

A sólo 45 minutos del aeropuerto de Málaga. El complejo también tiene unas excelentes instalaciones recreativas y deportivas y además a poca distancia de supermercados, excelentes tiendas, bares, chiringuitos y restaurantes. La ubicación entre la Costa y la parte baja de la Sierra Bermeja deja a Parque Botánico muy próximo a muchas hermosas playas.

Parque Botánico tiene bonitas piscinas exteriores con áreas para niños, al igual que una piscina Olímpica climatizada la cual hace Parque Botánico un sitio perfecto si Vd viaja en invierno. El spa es el complemento ideal para relajarse durante su estancia, con Sauna, Baño de vapor y un gran Jacuzzi con vistas a la piscina exterior.



Nota:
La piscina exterior y el chiringuito están abiertas de Junio a Octubre dependiendo del tiempo. La piscina climatizada esta abierta de Octubre a Junio dependiendo del tiempo.

Excursiones recomendadas a poca distancia son Benahavis, Ronda, Gibraltar donde podrán visitar "La Roca", Marruecos cogiendo el ferry en Algeciras o las famosas playas de Cadiz (Tarifa para los amantes del wind surf y Kitesurf).
Las instalaciones son para uso exclusivo de los clientes y residentes de Parque Botánico (gratis), por lo que podrá disfrutar de 4 piscinas exteriores, 1 piscina climatizada de tamaño Olimpico, 1 chiringuito en la piscina principal, pistas de tenis, padel, squash, Jacuzzi, Baño de vapor, Sauna, Parque infantil y pequeña biblioteca.
Raquetas de squash, tenis y padel están disponibles en nuestro apartamento. Todo dentro de una urbanización cerrada y con seguridad 24 hrs.


Facilitamos toallas y sábanas, NO facilitamos toallas de playa.

Las montañas alrededor del complejo ofrecen grandes posibilidades para pasear disfrutando del sol o largas caminatas para los más aventu

Wonderful Stay

Lovely hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean and within a gated community we felt very secure. A peaceful location in the mountains not too far from the beach but you would need a hire car. We very much enjoyed our months stay, the facilities provided everything we required. Great value for money would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

The location is amazing being close to the beach and Estepona, as well as other big cities. From our appartement we had an impeccable view on the mountains. The facilities had everything to make our stay even better: we used the gym, the indoor pool, the spa in abundance and with pleasure. Herman was a great host and always helped us with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Very confortable flat

Very comfortable flat in a resort with very good facilities. The outdoor pools are fantastic, with water at an excellent temperature. Our stay in August went very well and the children loved it. It's far from the beach and the supermarkets, which means you have to use a car.

October stay

Apartment was great and very comfortable can’t fault it but the facilities on the resort not so good. The outdoor pool closes beginning of October even though the weather was hot enough to warrant using it and indoor pool only certain times open. Resort is more occupied by permanent residents but no shop on site and nothing near by to walk to.a car is needed. Dogs welcome but it seems not many owners clear up after their dogs.

Unser Aufenthalt war super, die Wohnung war einfach Klasse,es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es war schön ruhig, und trotzdem hatten dir Jungs in der Anlage ihren Spaß, mit Gym und Fußballplatz/ Tennisplatz u.s.w. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr zu vorkommend, und haben alles gut Organisiert. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten haben sie sich glrich gekümmert.

Parque Botánico Resort & Country Club

Estadia agradável, ótimo lugar para descansar com 2 boas piscinas e boas instalações, spa, ginásio, squatch, campo de tenis, restaurante e bar na piscina. Ótima varanda para as refeições com uma excelente vista para a montanha. Tem perto Carrefour, Lidl e Mercadona. Fica localizada entre a cidade de Estepona e Marbella e a Marina José Banus. Recomendo vivamente.

Estepona im Frühling

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits im Grünen (Mietauto ist nötig, Bushaltestelle ist ca 3 Km entfernt). Sie ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten und eine Terrasse mit Sonne ab Mittag :-). Klimagerät ist vorhanden, war jedoch zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht nötig. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich und auch während der ganzen Zeit konnte ich mich mit Fragen (auch andere Themen als nur die Wohnung, z. B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Märkte etc.) immer an die Vermieter wenden. Dies war sehr hilfreich, da ich das erste Mal in Spanien war. Top, ich kanns nur empfehlen!

Peace and tranquillity in Costa del Sol

Our arrival was a little stressed as our SatNav had taken us down a rustic road, but when we did get there we received a very warm welcome from the hosts. During our stay in Jan & Feb Parque Botanica was extremely quiet and peaceful. The locked parking area was safe as were the surrounding walks. Some areas, such as the on-site restaurant were closed but a short drive took us to some wonderful local eateries - several of which were recommended by our hosts. Super clean and well looked after would sum up our home for the time we were here.

Fantastic apartment 👍

We arrived a lot earlier than expected and called Herman(the owner) he came to meet us and arranged for us to be able to drop our cases in the apartment while it was being cleaned, nothing was to much trouble for him. The apartment is gorgeous, all home comforts available. Wonderful, large balcony where we spent a lot of time.. Sunbathing and eating!! The pool area is immaculate and very well cared for and the lifeguard is the most on the ball I've ever come across, you will not get in the pool without showering while he's around(as it should be). A car is needed as the complex is set quite a way down a ' country' road. Large supermarkets 10 mins drive away. Make sure you visit Benahavis in the mountains about 25 minutes drive. Thoroughly enjoyable stay for us that I can recommend to anyone. Thanks Herman. Gary & Fee

Great Apartment Near Estepona

I spent almost 3 months at this apartment, and I can highly recommend it. The apartment is big, very nicely furnished and has a great view. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful urbanization 10-15 minutes from both Estepona and Puerto Banus. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has excellent wifi and cable. It is a great place from where to explore the Costa del Sol region. The owners live in the same building and are very friendly. I look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Pleasant Introduction to sunny Spain

Parque Botanico is very peaceful and sunny. If you are looking for a lot of action, this is not the place, at least not in the low season. You will need a car and once you get orientated, it's very easy to get around to the supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Lot's of terrace's with Tapas, olives and wine. We would have stayed longer and was quite sorry to leave. However we needed to expand our horizon but we certainly are happy to recomend Parque Botanico.

Prima appartement

Allereerst het terras van de foto was niet het terras/meubilair wat wij hadden, maar was soort van vergelijkbaar. Het appartement was zeer compleet, wasmachine, droger, tv, wifi, vaatwasser. voldoende kastruimte, goed sanitair. De bedden van de kinderen waren niet top, voor onze dochter van 15 lag het echt niet comfortabel. Leuk zwembad erbij buiten maar was wel heel erg rustig, zelfs in juli. Iets meer reuring wel leuk voor kinderen. Barretje erbij was ook prima. Het dorpjes Benhavis is wel 20 minuten rijden, je moet terug naar de snelweg, maar je kunt er heerlijk eten bij Lili's. Verder een goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse bezoekjes in de regio. Communicatie met eigenaar en ontvangst door beheerder ter plaatse is goed geregeld.

Vacances géniales

Le logement est très joli et bien équipé. La vue est superbe et il y fait très calme. Les enfants ont adoré les piscines. Ils ont pu faire du tennis, du squash,.. La plage est à 5 min en voiture. Il y a des grands magasins à moins de 10 min. C'était des vacances géniales, nous reviendrons.

A gated resort five to ten minutes by car from the coast and Estepona.

The apartment is large and well equipped with a sunny balcony which we used extensively to relax.The swimming pools are excellent for families with a bar and food available in season.I found the owners to be helpful and responsive to any queries that we had.Its a short car drive to a very large Carrefore supermarket and Estepona which we enjoyed visiting.The staff in the complex are very friendly with a mix of residents and holidaymakers.

Wir verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub im Parque Botanico. Pepe, der Verwalter, empfing uns an der Schranke und führte uns gleich zu unserem Urlaubsdomizil. Das Apartment ist klasse, sehr geräumig mit zwei Bädern en Suite, einer schönen Küche und einem Wohnzimmer mit Eßbereich. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken und Abendbrotessen ein. Top. Die Anlage liegt ein wenig im Gebirge und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Die angrenzende Autobahn stört nicht, da sie zur anderen Seite verläuft. Im Apartment selber fehlt es an nichts. Dazu sind Tennis, Tischtennis, und Paddel-Schläger vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und hat eine super Bepflanzung, die permanent gepflegt wird. Die Poollandschaft ist der Hammer, zudem sind immer freie Liegen verfügbar. Inkl. Bademeister. Der angrenzende Chiringuito macht sehr gute Mojitos. Ein Mietauto ist Pflicht. Ausflugsziele gibt es genügend: Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Ronda, um nur einige wenige aufzuzählen.

Good place for families

Apartment: Sufficient space for us for (2 adults and 2 teens). VERY limited space to store clothes and other stuff (suggest to the owner to place some drawers and other furniture to accommodate stuff). Air condition was working pretty well (essential for southern Spain!), however just one remote control was available to control the temperature in the different rooms. Large balcony with a great view over the valley and surroundings, unfortunately several times the day there was some strange bad smell (I assume caused by standing water of the gardens below?). Kitchen fully equipped. Internet available and for free, but with small bandwidth and unstable (however I really appreciated to have this kind of service :-). Apartment Complex: NOT easy to find, even with GPS. According to Pepe (our local contact) we were the first family which reached the location at first attempt, without calling him for directions. It’s indeed at the very end of a branch road and about 2 km from the remaining habitations. ESSENTIAL was the private parking slot in the garage (the car in the shadow is key during Spanish summer) with easy access to the apartment (no stairs needed to climb). GREAT pool with two areas, one for kids (but we adults loved to lay in the shallow, warm water) and one to swim. The “Chiringuito” (pool bar) only opened at 12h00, but allowed for not expensive drinks and food. The garden around the pool is nice and with sufficient space, however the sun longer were often occupied during the weekend. The complex at all looks a little empty, with a lot of spaces available for renting (possibly for shops?). We also enjoyed using the two Squash courts and the gym, both for free. Other stuff: Pepe is a great support, always available to provide advices on good restaurants, things to visit or any other clarification needed.I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back soon.

Appartement with phantastic equipment

Appartement with excellent Equipment. Owner really cares for his property and the entire Location. Charming pool area and loughly countryside. Although it is 10 minutes from the next beach it is worthwile to enjoy the silence and nature.

Great place. fantastic apartment. Worth a visit.

we had an overall great experience in parque Botanico - The complex includes a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and full gym, all of which are well maintained and of high quality. - The apartment was extremely comfortable. Instantly felt cozy and also fully equipped. We did not need anything else. - An excellent location which is easily accessible. Quiet and close to the beautiful beach in Costa Del Sol. - Great variety of restaurants in the area, with lots places to go out and have fun. - Manager's service was excellent very informative and useful info. We had a wonderful time in parque Botanico and we would highly recommend it to friends and family. We will definitely return to parque Botanico.
