Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Exceptional home with lots of character and absolutely spectacular views next to the ski lift. Kids will have a great time with entertainment of all kinds and guests will appreciate the ease of use with all the modern amenities.
The home is nestled in the mountain for maximum privacy yet right at the ski area.
Ski area with rope tow and chairlift with a beautiful ski lodge and this home is ski in ski out. You can't find that anywhere at this price point. We are spread over an acre with enough privacy on all sides (no house on the left side lot and ski lift on the right) and lots of woods around the house. Every room in the house has breathtaking views. Outside deck and patio area are the place to entertain and enjoy fire pit. Inside you can entertain around the living room fireplace while watching the unforgettable sunset.
Kids will have a great time with entertainment of all kinds. They can enjoy the ski on the slopes, trails from the property, board games with family and friends or arcade machine at the house with lots of game to enjoy with siblings or friends. Bored kids is one less thing you need to worry about.
State of the art game room with 80 inch 4k TV, Arcade, game room and more. Guest of all ages would find something to keep themselves entertained.
Home is filled with high tech features to control home features such as master room blinds (just ask assistant to close or open the blinds without moving a finger), play music in bedroom, bathroom or living room using integrated speakers, control TV or lights. The home has high speed internet for you to work or enjoy steaming entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped and the home has a washer and dryer.
Property is within Waterville estate which is 10-15 minutes from I-93 exit. The home is uphill on a paved road. We have a gravel driveway and also a graveled patch at the top of the road to park 4-5 cars. 1 minute walk to Campton mountain ski, 20 min to ski Waterville, 35 to Loon or Cannon. The property is situated within Waterville estates and is easy to access from I-93. Once you are at the estates, the property is up hill almost to the top of the Campton Mountain.

The views from the property are amazing and its right next to the local ski hill with ski lift! It cannot get any better than that.
