The property was well located near all local attraction. The property is well kept and pffers all that is needed for a family stay. The owner,James was also incredibly kind and communication was always prompt. Will definitely be back.

Excellent View and a lovely apartment.

Be sure to take advantage of the large patio; we enjoyed breakfast each morning out there. There are two great swimming pools. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Weather ruined my vacation

Everything was nice except the weather. Lacation was good, but did not expect it to be that many units. Some of the other guest were a little too loud.

Memorial Day Leave

We so enjoyed this unit on Memorial Day. We had been at this property before but this condo was superior to our last rental. The balcony and overlook of the grounds was so relaxing. The pools were very enjoyable and so added a nice touch to our overall stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with all the needed essentials. We cannot wait for our next trip!

Great place in a great location!

This place was great for myself and friends to stay for a weekend during Wurstfest. We loved the location since it was close to everything and the house was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The host was great and was on top of communicating throughout the weekend. We all agreed we would love to stay here again soon!

Great experience

Our group had a great experience staying here. The home was spacious and very clean, perfect for the size of our group. And the property is conveniently located to the center of town. Definitely plan to reserve this in the future if we make it back to New Braunfels!

Perfect place next to the river

The condo is on the first floor over looking a park style area. The pool was in the middle of the park and the river was further away, but it was a short walk.

Everything you need! Great Location!

Everything was great. Place has all the things you need, kitchen utensils, coffee, pools, river access, close to Schlitterbahn. Great communication with the owner. (we left an ipad in the room and were able to go back and get it.) The only complaint I would have is the full bed mattress is not very comfortable.

Perfect location to enjoy all things New Braunfels has to offer

We came down to enjoy the water park, float the river and see some friends and this location was great. We had our 3 kids and 2 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master bed is very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice sized balcony. This is a bottom floor condo which was fine but on Friday night, people came to stay right above us and were very loud so I’m glad that wasn’t the case every night. We were so close to the water park, downtown area and several flat places, it was very convenient. The owners offer plenty of recommendations for restaurants and kids activities. Great spot and we would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Family Summer VACAY!

We had a wonderful time, accommodations were clean, and well maintained and very welcoming. We loved the river access, pool, and backyard style BBQ area with picnic tables. The host was amazing and help us find areas of interest and suggested spots for floating the river among many other local attractions and regularly checked in on us during our stay.

Awesome New Braunfels Location

Very conformable 3 bdrm 2 bath condo at Water Wheel. The master bedroom has a king bed with it's own bathroom with a tub. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (it is a bit older and squeaky but still comfortable and the 3rd bedroom has a queen in it. There is a 2nd bathroom that has a small walk in shower. The living room is quite comfortable with a nice couch, loveseat, and 2 recliners. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need. The coffee maker has both a pot to brew a whole pot or a pod option if you only want to make 1 cup. The freezer has an ice maker too. There is a stackable washer/dryer combo. The property has 2 pools and 3 hot tubs. Our favorite part was the river access directly from the property. Bring your Keens or Water socks with hard bottoms if you want togo in he river as well as your tube or float! Our host was PHENOMENAL to say the least. He provided us lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops. We will book with him again. A few of our favorites were as follows - Huisache Grill (American fare); La Coescha (upscale mexican); Two Tarts Bakery (the BEST Key Lime Pie!); and Cantina Del Rio (mexican) they have the BEST margaritas ever!!

James was a fantastic host! The place was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we need. Super convenient and close to several landmarks! James was prompt to answer all the questions I had within a great time frame. You will enjoy your stay with this beautiful home!
