We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was perfect for a girls weeken getaway. We loved the patio and multiple outdoor seating areas. We definitely recommend for a family or group getaway.

Exceeded expectations

Beautiful property. The house was clean and better then the pictures. The bedrooms were spacious and had a wonderful ocean view from every window. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this house.

college graduation weekend in SB

We stayed in Summerland for the weekend to be near Westmont College in order to go to son's graduation. Loved this house as it allowed our family for a fee to invite a ahandful of friends and family to come over for a dinner party to celebrate our grad! Beautiful set up and well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving ! What a view and enjoyed the deck and fire tables too.

Kitchen well equipped, but could be better organized. No washer/dryer disappointing. Gardener on property by bedrooms lower level with no warning. Very beautifully decorated home with beach theme throughout. Curtains or shades over east windows would have been nice for those sleeping on the sofa beds. Lovely seating area on upper deck with umbrellas & a propane fire heater, very cozy.

We have had a most wonderful stay!This home is just perfect!The moment we walked in we felt at home,the furnishings and decor are so beautiful.We had a beautiful whew to the ocean. Every need was met from bath soaps,beach towels and supplies,you really thought of everything a hose guest could need.We felt right at home.Higley recommend this house.Very clean and nice. Would recommend this house to everyone and may be someday we can come back
