college graduation weekend in SB

We stayed in Summerland for the weekend to be near Westmont College in order to go to son's graduation. Loved this house as it allowed our family for a fee to invite a ahandful of friends and family to come over for a dinner party to celebrate our grad! Beautiful set up and well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving ! What a view and enjoyed the deck and fire tables too.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
Kitchen well equipped, but could be better organized. No washer/dryer disappointing. Gardener on property by bedrooms lower level with no warning. Very beautifully decorated home with beach theme throughout. Curtains or shades over east windows would have been nice for those sleeping on the sofa beds. Lovely seating area on upper deck with umbrellas & a propane fire heater, very cozy.

Thank you for your stay with us. We always aim to be transparent and fair with our event policies, which are outlined in advance and agreed to prior to booking. In this case, an additional trash pickup was required after the event, and we applied a reduced fee compared to what is stated in our event agreement. We appreciate the opportunity to host your celebration.
