2) 'PICCOLO PEPI' (lista n °: # 339562): 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, salón, cocina completamente amueblada, entrada (vrbo Perfil de # 339562), (para 4-7), AHORA MEJORADO !! CONFORT MAYOR !!;

Family vacation

This apartment was very spacious and provided a nice break after some busy days in Florence. We used the washer and dryer to refresh all of our clothes which was very convenient. The location is close to Duomo and a short walk to the famous museums.

Great stay

Property was as pictured. It’s centrally located making it very easy to walk to the areas that we wanted to visit. We had the privilege of working with Nina. She was amazing. She welcomed us with a warm smile and helped us out one evening when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Shorty in Florence

Amazing hosting by Massimo and Nina. Some stairs to third floor but good for cardio and they are very smooth. Grande Pepi is perfecto for short or long stays. Walking to everything you need. Will be back for sure. Grazie Molnar, Rogers, Allen, Otts send.

Fantastico (easy and authentic)

The property has an authentic old world feel like I'm staying at my lovely Italian aunt's home that has all the amenities for traveling with family. The location is quiet and perfectly located for walking to Florence's sites and living like Florentines (local restaurants, markets, schools). The supermarket is just around the corner. The hosts are "above and beyond" people. Our stay surpassed our best expectations, and we plan to stay at Grande Pepi next time. Bravi!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Massimo's clean apartment. It was just as advertised, with plenty of room to relax after walking all day. The location is great and was quiet at night.

Perfecto!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very clean, in a great location and just as it appears in the pictures. It is the perfect combination of old world charm and all the modern amenities you would like. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful time!

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week in December with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson and really enjoyed it. There was plenty of room for everyone, and great amenities such as wi-fi, washer and dryer, 2 baths and best of all, the location was very convenient for walking anywhere in Firenze.

Wonderful Apartment!

My family and i stayed in this wonderful place while on our European vacation. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable, and the a/c units worked beautifully! It is walking distance to everything. With restaurants and Grocery stores nearby. Whenever we come back to Florence, we will stay here!

Wonderful Florence apartment

We spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. Plenty of room for two families totaling 8 persons. Clean and comfortable bedding. Quiet neighborhood-Walkable to main sites with grocery store nearby. Property manager was flexible and accommodating. Recommend for others and would stay here again.

Great location and super clean

A girl trip to Europe brought us to Florence for a few days. We mostly shopped and had amazing food. We walked everywhere- even to and from the train station! So enjoyed this home which is on a clean, well established street. Quiet building and lovely apartment. Great communication and we felt welcomed!

Massimo's apartment on pepi street has an amazing location!!! We were in walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and the duomo. The apartment was great and quite spacious. Massimo was the perfect host! I would definitely rent the pepi street apartment again.

Worth the climb

I stayed here with 2 other friends and we have a wonderful time! It is very hard to find a nice, affordable, three bedroom and this apartment was perfect. The location was great, we could walk anywhere we wanted to go! It had everything we needed including great internet connection. Definitely got a good workout climbing the 4 flights of stairs! Massimo was a warm and wonderful host.

Beautiful appartment very central in a quiet street, perfect for groups

We were 11 people in both picolo and grande pepi and spent a very nice holiday there. The appartment is perfect for groups (the children stayed in one, and the adults in the other one) and you can find everything Florence has to offer at 5mn from the appartement. There is also a good supermarket at 1mn ! I would highly recommend it.

Perfect accomodation for a family

Our family of 5 stayed with Mario in January 2016, the apartment is charming, modern, clean, very well equipped, very convenient for family stay. Location is great, rather quiet, with grocery shop around the corner, all sights you wish to see in Florence are walking distanced. Mario is a very welcoming and open host, easy to deal with, flexible with timing with reasonable notice. He made our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible and we would love to stay with him again next time in Florence.

Big Spacious Apartment, excellent location, comfy beds

My family (Mom, Dad, Sister) and wife stayed at Massimo's Grand Pepi rental during Christmans 2012 and we had a wonderful stay, great service from the owner at every step, helpful tips on the local area and smooth check-in. plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and two floors and the big living room, kitchen well appointed and we cooked the holiday dinner at home. Location wise, perfect spot located between Santa Croce and Duomo areas, 10min to the Duomo and 5min to Santa Croce. We would certainly stay again for sure, loved the exposed wooden ceiling.

Great Time in Florence

We truly enjoyed our stay in Grande Pepi. The location was excellent for walking to popular destinations on either side of the Arno River. We had several plans that included train travel during our stay and we walked to the Florence station (approximately 1.5 miles). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed to serve as a home base for our Italian vacation. Massimo was a wonderful host; he provided us with information on local restaurants, stores, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

A Grand Time at the Grand Pepi

From the moment I booked with Massimo we could not have been happier. He walked me through the booking - was prompt and very friendly. The apartment was beautiful. We had 7 adults sleep there comfortably. It was located in the heart of Florence's historic district. We never had to take a taxi - everything was so close! We would most definitely go back. Thank you, Massimo, for a great stay.

Grande Pepi

Grande Pepi was combined with Piccolo Pepi to accommodate my students who were in Italy studying the Culture and History of Italy through Food. The apartment was wonderful--clean, well-equipped, and convenient to many sites like Santa Croce and the Sant Ambrogio market. I would recommend this apartment to people who want to be close to the "touristy" sites but still be in an area that is filled with local residents and non-touristy restaurants. Great host and Massimo is very dedicated to guest service and satisfaction.

Very nice apartment, great location!

The apartment was just as pictured, clean and nicely kept. We had 5 adults in our group and we were all comfortable in the apartment (with exception of one of the upstairs beds was rather hard). The location was wonderful, just a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce, lots of restaurants, the bus stops, and shops. It took us a few attempts to figure out how to use the washer, but once we figured it out it worked perfectly. Be aware that this apartment is on the top floor (4th) of the building and there is no elevator/lift. We would definitely stay at this apartment if ever in Florence again.

Feels like home, comfortable, close to amenities

Two couples renting for one week; very spacious, comfortable rooms, each with their own bathroom. Did not cook, but kitchen is fully stocked. Easy walk to nearby grocery stores for supplies, lots of restaurants, shops, crafts, markets all within 10 min walk. Laundry facilities an added bonus. Renters should understand there is no elevator, but it isn't really problematic. It can also be noisy at night and early morning with traffic. There are no English tv stations, but not an issue.

Great location, service, and communication with Massimo! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Firenze. Massimo is excellent in providing the best accommodations. Although we arrived early, Massimo was very kind and allowed us to drop off our luggage so that we could go out and explore. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and included all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal…close to all the popular sights of Firenze. Check-in and check-out was very easy because Massimo provided clear and concise instructions. Communication began prior to our arrival which was extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend this accommodation or any other that Massimo manages. Thank you, Massimo!
