Turtle Dunes (Unit 1C) es un fabuloso condominio con vista al mar en el Dunes Club. The Dunes Club es un hermoso condominio frente al mar en Cape San Blas. Es un complejo seguro y cerrado de 15 condominios de lujo que se completaron en 2004. Se encuentra en una hermosa franja de playa de arena blanca que ocupó el primer lugar en Estados Unidos que nunca está llena. Las comodidades incluyen una piscina, canchas de tenis, almacenamiento de botes y remolques, paseo marítimo, elevador del edificio y un lugar de estacionamiento asignado y cubierto debajo del edificio. Inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratuito también está disponible.

Nuestra unidad es una unidad del primer piso que ofrece un ambiente abierto y relajado con vistas impresionantes y escaleras privadas que acceden al área de la piscina. También se puede acceder a la unidad en un ascensor desde la planta baja. Esta hermosa unidad incluye tres dormitorios y dos baños completos que pueden alojar cómodamente una fiesta de 8. La comunidad también ofrece una piscina privada frente al golfo, perfecta para los refrescos de la tarde.

Esta unidad es el lugar perfecto para una gran escapada. La sala de estar delantera del golfo cuenta con un sofá cama doble y un sofá cama doble (ambos no se pueden usar al mismo tiempo), un centro de entretenimiento bien abastecido con un televisor de plasma de 42 pulgadas con cable, reproductor Blueray y una chimenea eléctrica en el soporte de TV. La sala de estar tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen a una gran terraza con amplias y hermosas vistas del Golfo.

La espaciosa cocina es el sueño de un cocinero: está bien equipada con electrodomésticos, utensilios y platos nuevos y grandes de alta calidad. También hay una despensa de tamaño completo para el almacenamiento. La cocina tiene capacidad para 4 personas en el bar, así como una mesa de comedor separada con capacidad para 6 personas adicionales.

El dormitorio principal frente al golfo con entrada al balcón tiene una cama king-size, TV por cable, baño completo con tocadores dobles y combinación de bañera / ducha, y amplio vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen-size, TV LCD con cable, reproductor de DVD y baño completo que se conecta al pasillo. El tercer dormitorio tiene literas con TV LCD y reproductor de DVD.

La cubierta frontal del golfo da a la playa y a la piscina climatizada y tiene capacidad para seis personas. La cubierta también tiene una gran parrilla gourmet y escaleras privadas que bajan al área de la piscina (también se puede acceder a todas las unidades en ascensor). Sumérjase en el sonido de las olas y disfrute de la hermosa vista de la playa.

Loved the peace!

This place was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved being able to sit on the porch, and walk straight to the pool or beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Was perfect for our family, 4 adults and 2 children. Would recommend replacing the microwave and adding a few "Tupperware" type containers.

Great vacation

I loved being able to take my dog with me. The property was nice and I slept very well in the bed. The only downfall is the long walk to the beach. The boardwalk was nice but could be extended. Overall I enjoyed my stay

2023 family vacay

This is the first time to Cape San Blas. We loved it. Hopefully we will be back next year. The condo was well stocked with item that we needed....kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, pot and pans and mixing bowls, etc. We loved the huge balcony also.

The booking and communication was so easy. They even provided a spreadsheet of information for marriage, photographer, venues, etc The home was perfect for our family. Many home cooked meals the kitchen is stocked with all the needs.

Great place to stay, a little overly decorated for people with little children but very clean!

The walk to the beach is the only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star. If we did not have small children it would not have been a big deal but it was tough each day lugging our children (4 and 11 months) and all the things you have to have to the beach. The condo is very nice and clean and well stocked with anything you would need as far as cooking and things like that.

We had a wonderful stay. We are a family of four so accommodations were very spacious. Check in and out was extremely easy with Pristine who manages the property for the owner locally. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions during booking. My wife loved the extremely large balcony. Plenty of linens. Kitchen was well equipped. The master and guest beds both slept great. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you for a great vacation.

Solid choice

Condo was a solid choice and a value rental. Location was great. I really enjoyed the pool and sitting on the back porch and enjoying the view. The worst part was the smell. The whole condo smelled terrible, like mold/mildew. I guess it’s from the carpet throughout most of the condo. I had to buy a bottle of Febreze. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Unit could use a refresh!

Proximity to beach/pool was great, nice view, enjoyed the porch. Kitchen well stocked. Living/dining area is cramped, lots of breakable decor on tables/shelving which is not ideal with young children. Carpet in the living/dining area of a rental beach property is not appealing.

Excellent Condo For Weeklong Stay

This condo was very nice for a weeklong stay for my wife, I and our infant son. Condo was VERY clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Beach was very close and nearly deserted, perfect for COVID social distancing. Only giving 4 stars because there was some unusual events - namely flooding on the ground floor parking area - that was never communicated with us by the building management or rental management, despite inquiries. Only suggestion moving forward.

As good as last two visits.

We had a relaxing visit. Property was quiet enough. Unit above must have hard flooring or they were heavy footed. Seemed like we heard them going back and forth most of the day. I did vacuum the patio, since my dog was cleaning it. It took ten minutes and was worth it, so I would not have to fuss at the dog the whole trip. This is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. I will book again at this location. Larry and Pristine Properties were pleasant once again to work with.

Great Vacation!!

We had a great Vacation to Cape San Blas! The unit had everything we needed for our stay! Decent walk to the beach but good wooden path. The elevator didn’t work sometimes but we were on the first floor so we only had to go up the first flight of stairs. Also, the pool was extremely dirty and had stuff floating all in it the first couple days. We called and were told the maintenance person lived on premises but nobody was there. Halfway through the week two ladies showed up and cleaned the pool. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

Great space, great location, great vacation!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 5. Our favorite part was having the boardwalk at our back door! I will say that its not a super stocked space. There were several things that I was expecting to already be in place, based off of my experience of staying in other similar townhouses, condos, cabins, etc. Examples were dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, dish towels. These are items commonly provided to guests, in my experience. We didn't realize and had to go out to purchase these types of items. If they aren't provided, perhaps it should be noted in the housing information. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. That certainly wasn't a deal breaker, but more annoying than anything.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Thank you SO MUCH for a wonderful vacation!! The condo was the perfect getaway for our family, super clean and accommodating. The views from the balcony were BEAUTIFUL and so relaxing! And the walk to the beach was an easy short walk. The extras such as the washer an dryer where a BONUS that allowed us to leave with clean clothes and a Mom of Four (counting my husband, lol ) to NOT have to jump into doing laundry as soon as we get home. The beach chairs, cart and boogie boards made for fun times on the water for our girls, and the grill made for a great cooking at “home” dinners, we used it multiple times. If I may recommend one thing, the king size bed did have two big dips on either side, which was a tad uncomfortable, I was however able to get creative and simply folded up an placed an extra blanket into the spot and that seemed to help ( I did wash the blanket). Before leaving :) I would DEFINITELY recommend your condo and if we decide to venture your direction again we will certainly look for your availability. Just What we Needed!

From our first inquiry until the end this unit/vacation was FABULOUS! It was clean and had everything you could ever need. Wagon with sand toys (which we left some of ours there to sweeten the pot), coffee maker, waffle maker, you name it and it was probably there! The owner answered questions quickly. The view from the deck is fabulous. Because I got sunburned our first day there I spent three days with my feet propped up on the deck reading.... other than the sunburn, it was pure bliss. I was able to watch my kids (and hubby) play in the pool and see the ocean waves. What more could you ask for? Negatives: Can't really count these as negatives but ... Master mattress is getting a bit saggy, they need a new can opener, and bottle opener (we used it a lot). Local suggestions: We went on a sail boat cruise with Captain Donna with Just Sayin Charters out of Port St Joe, it was fantastic. They were friendly and flexible. Joe Mama's pizza in PSJ - yummy!! Make sure you try the homemade donuts at the Trading Post. You have to get there early or they will all be gone. Property Management: When we did have an issue with the potty (twice) the property management was responsive, polite, and helpful. We plan to visit the same condo next year if at all possible! Thank you owners for sharing your place with us!

Property Manager unprofessional

Our dryer did not work when we tried it Sunday. We contacted the after hours number one Monday (4th of July). I explained we had a dog and wait until we got back. They sent maintaince anyway. We got home to find a notice they were unable to check the dryer. I called first thing Tuesday, and they did not send anyone to the condo on Tuesday. Finally on Wednesday after multiple talks with a customer service rep and Justin a repairman came to check the dryer. He was an independent contractor but, implied the dryer was not going to work. My wife called Back and told Justin the dryer wasn’t going to work. (He’s the owner) Justin told her he would need to talk the repairman. The customer service rep said she would give us the location of where we could “Go” to dry our Clothes. We were on vacation. This was unacceptable. Finally that afternoon we called to ask for some fresh towels. The dryer was delivered a little later. We left to eat, and I called to ask them to put the fresh towels just inside the door since our dog was in the Condo. Kaley says “oh the dryer was delivered?” I said yes, just now. She says, “well the new towels were out of courtesy. But, since you have a dryer you can wash yours.” I said common courtesy would to have a working dryer the day we arrive. Don’t talk to me about courtesy. Pristine Properties is ridiculous- just read some of their recent online reviews. Under no situation would I ever use a property they managed again. We went 4 days with no dryer and had to haggle and spam call them to do something about the dryer. Lost an entire day (Tuesday) because no one came and then they acted like kids when we were upset. Beach was great!

Nice condo with assigned parking space, The carts to get up your stuff up to the unit were great. The unit was clean and well stocked. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Girls trip

We had an amazing time. Word of caution if you have issues walking. The boardwalk is an easy walk and probably 300 steps. However, there’s Sandy path at the end of boardwalk through the dunes to the beach that may be difficult for some people. The water clarity is not as good in this location. Better to stay further down peninsula as the water clarity is usually a lot better.
