Local Transportation

Public bus service (MCAT): Manatee County Area Transit offers 17 local fixed-route buses (lines 1–203), operating Monday–Saturday from 5:30 AM to 8 PM. Download the “Manatee MyStop” app or scan QR codes at stops for real-time arrivals.

Route to IMG Academy: Bus line 9 runs frequently between Bradenton and IMG Academy. You can also expect a 12-minute taxi ride.

Car rental: Major rental agencies (Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Dollar, Thrifty, Payless) are located at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), just 9 miles away.

Taxis & rideshare: Uber and Lyft operate throughout Bradenton and surrounding areas, offering quick and convenient rides.

Anna Maria Island trolley: Runs daily, connecting to MCAT at Manatee Public Beach via trolley on Gulf Drive.

Shuttle services: The Beach Express operates Sundays and holidays, and the Skyway Connection links to Pinellas County on weekdays.

We’ve stocked the home with many beach essentials — beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella — ready for your day in the sun!

An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and other basics is provided. These are starter items, not unlimited, but several grocery stores are nearby for anything you may need.

We do not offer cable TV, but there are 5 smart TVs for you to log in with your own streaming subscriptions.

For everyone’s safety, there is a security camera facing the driveway and front entrance. It records video and audio. Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in termination of your stay without refund.

The private pool is heated to 86°F, but please note it may feel cooler during unseasonably cold weather — this is beyond our control.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced by Bradenton Police.
