Perfectly positioned directly on the sugar-white sands of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath, single-level luxury home was built in 2021 and professionally designed in a sophisticated coastal-elegant style. Accommodating up to 10 guests, Dear Time offers the rare combination of modern luxury, privacy, and true beachfront living.



Arrival & Outdoor Living



Guests are welcomed with covered parking for up to four vehicles beneath the home, plus additional driveway parking for 2–4 vehicles, including space for a boat trailer. A private ramp leads directly to the home and beach, complemented by front-stair access for convenience. An elevator provides effortless access throughout the residence.



Outdoor amenities include a full-size private pool, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a direct private boardwalk to the beach—allowing you to step from home to shoreline in moments.



The showpiece of the home is the expansive Gulf-front balcony, offering unobstructed panoramic views of emerald waters. This generous outdoor living space is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, sunset cocktails, or evenings under the stars.

By Car

Driving is the most common and flexible way to travel in Gulf Shores. The main routes—Gulf Shores Parkway (Highway 59) and West Beach Boulevard—connect you to beaches, restaurants, shopping, attractions, and nearby Orange Beach. Most destinations are just a short drive away, and parking is widely available at public beach accesses, restaurants, and attractions.



Ride-Share Services

Uber and Lyft are available throughout Gulf Shores and are a great option for dining out, events, or evenings when you prefer not to drive. Availability is generally good, though wait times may increase during peak seasons and holidays.



Biking, E-Bikes & Scooters

Other Things to Note:

Beach Access Instructions



To access the beach,



Do NOT walk across the dunes. This is strictly prohibited and subject to fines. The dunes are protected, and the homeowner may have guests or residents in the beachfront home.



The beachfront homeowner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this private beach access, and the occupants of the beachfront home are aware. The same courtesy applies in reverse: guests from the beachfront home may walk along the Lagoon Time driveway to access the lagoon path.

Again—no dunes may be crossed.



If you prefer a public beach, the nearest is 2.8 miles east at West Beach Pass. Cross the bridge, turn left to park, and walk across the street or use the path under the bridge.



After enjoying the beach, please use the outdoor shower beneath the home to rinse off before going inside.



For safety and property protection, an exterior security camera is present on-site.
