You and your group/family could wake up each morning to the sunrise over the Halifax River! After that have breakfast watching the dolphins and manatees at one of the many outdoor seating areas. This home also offers a quick 5-minute car or easy bike ride to the beach. Once you are done with the beach return home to a relaxing pool party and BBQ. Only 15 minutes from NSB and close to all the sites in the Daytona area, this special place will go quickly. Make sure you and your friends act fast!

We really enjoyed our stay. Thecyard was beautiful. We also enjoyed the bathrooms! Rain showers and soaking tubs were a hit.

The property was ready nice and the view was excellent. We loved the multiple porches to sit on and have coffee in the morning. We also loved the hot tub and pool after being out all day it was great. There were extras of everything from coffee to, pillows, towels, blankets and so on. The host definitely thought of everything and it shows. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area and plan to use it again myself in the future. Five Stars all day.

Absolutely gorgeous property and accommodation! It's very close to local beaches (less than 5 minutes) but away from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is gorgeous and was spotless upon our arrival. The pool and spa were great additions as well! I highly recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay!

We loved this property. Clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were particularly gorgeous and the backyard is super dreamy. The water views were stunning through the front windows and we loved the big tables where everyone could sit. Pool area was lovely as well and very clean. No complaints!

Best House Stay Yet!

Beautiful home! The stay was wonderful! My family and I enjoyed it so very much. Beautiful grounds and sunsets-Awesome. Only needed eye coverings or blinds because the sun rise wakes you up-but didn’t deter our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful paradise.

This house was beautiful the location was wonderful.The owner was very helpful. However, there are no blinder or curtains in most of the rooms. The upstairs bathroom and bedroom have no privacy at all. There is a camera that is always recording in the pool area. It felt like someone was always watching us. We all shared one bathroom because no one felt comfortable showering upstairs with nothing covering the window. We also were unable to turn the ac below 70 (which made the house feel a bit warm at night. Luckily there are ceiling fans.

Had some issues

Dirty underwear under one of the beds, wet laundry in the washer machine, fire pit was broken, leaking ceiling in one of the bedrooms got all my cloths wet, the cleaning lady showed up after check in. We didn’t even arrive till after 3. Tried to say we broke the pool. Not we didn’t even use it.

One of the most amazing properties of not the top we have ever stayed at. This home was extremely well stacked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation, everything was clean and it smell fresh when we got there. Check-in was super easy and Joseph is the most responsive and accommodative host I have communicated with. The home offers amazing views from every window, the pool was a blast for the kids, the beaches are about 5 min drive and with endless shoreline it’s only a matter what you like best and restaurants l, well those are everywhere starting with the closest a short 5 min walk from the home. This will definitely be a vacation to remember we saw turtles, dolphins, manatees and to top it off we witnessed the launch of Artemis II.

Wonderful home! It was beautiful, great amount of space and amenities/outdoor area was wonderful. Quick trip to the beach, great views of the water, and a short walk to a coffee shop!
