Fully remodeled with gas heater, cozy up and enjoy the mountain air. Loads of privacy, the stars at night are breathtaking. Centrally-located minutes to eateries and shopping. 15 mins to Red Rocks, 10 mins to Evergreen, 30 mins to Denver and 1 hour to Ski Resorts! Mountain living at its finest.
The space
Private cottage, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and attached bathroom, living room has pullout queen size bed. Dog door with attached dog run.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole cottage and dog run. You have one designated parking space next to the cottage. If you’re traveling with more then one car. The additional cars need to be parked at the bottom of the driveway in the cul-de-sac.
Other things to note
Reminder, you're in the mountains. You will see lots of wildlife while staying in our home. Be aware of your surrounds especially with little ones and pets. There is a possibility of seeing; Deer, Fox, Hawks, Bear and Rabbits.
Please keep your dogs leashed at all times when walking around our property.
No smoking cigarettes, E-cigarettes or weed in the cottage or on the premises.
No parties.
