Cozy 1-bedroom 1-bath Suite, with WiFi in charming Morrison near Red Rocks!

NEW (1.5 yr old) Mother-in-law SUITE, in the NEW Red Rocks Ranch Community

NEW fully furnished modern ‘Mother-in-law Suite’ (or ‘NextGen Suite) that is like a small home attached to our Superhome (like an apartment attached to our SuperHome) in an incredible location; located in the NEW Red Rocks Ranch Community (off of C-470 & Morrison Rd).


Built in August 2023, our SuperHome has an amazing Suite attached, with its own entrance, and includes all the necessities and wants. The Master Suite bedroom has a large King Bed with memory-foam mattress, 2 nightstands, a Walk-in closet (half with some stored items), and a ‘Retreat’ area with a large dresser and a work desk with one monitor & printer. Also has a bench with cubbies just below the 75-inch Large screen (walk-mounted) Smart TV (with Netflix, Peacock, Paramount, Prime Video, AppleTV, Hulu, and DisneyPlus). Includes sheet sets, comforter/bedspread, and blankets. Also includes a new LARGE room humidifier.


The master bathroom has a separate walk-in shower, and toilet (closed door) with a separate modern sink/counter/cabinet area (separated by the bathroom entrance door). The room also has a back deck (shared across the back of the house with the main house as well - large long deck, easy to be divided). Includes towels, bath sheets, hand towels, and wash clothes.


The suite includes a hall closet with a new LARGE stackable washer/dryer combo (the latest size available for a stackable), and another hallway coat closet.


There is also a small kitchen/kitchenette, dining, and living room. The kitchen has a very nice clean full size refrigerator/freezer, small microwave, small toaster oven, and single Kuerig coffee machine; dishes, cups, mugs, silverware, towels and other small kitchen supplies. The Kitchen/dining area includes a dining table with seating up to 4.


The living room has a new small size sectional sofa, with recliner; a large separate recliner rocking chair; and a small TV stand with another large (65-inch) screen Smart TV (with Netflix, Peacock, Paramount, Prime Video, AppleTV, Hulu, and DisneyPlus).


The location is within walking or easy biking distance (1 block away & just across main road) to BEAR CREEK LAKE PARK, SODA LAKE WATER SKI SCHOOL, BIG SODA LAKE *BEACH*, and just a little further walking or biking distance to the famous RED ROCKS! ***DOES NOT INCLUDE THE 1-CAR GARAGE***

The house was lovely and well equipped. Central location very close to Red Rocks and an easy drive to other surrounding locations. The host was delightful and responsive to all requests. The bed is super comfortable! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing and super convenient to Red rocks more

Very comfortable, spacious and clean property. Easy access to downtown Morrison, Red rocks, Dinasaur ridge and (surprise) lovely city park just down the road with trails for biking, walking and 3 small lakes.

Our stay here was TOP NOTCH !!!This property is Beautiful. The bed is Very comfortable and the entire space is super clean and very spacious!!!We will definitely book again when coming back to Morrison..It is less than a 10 minute drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater which is why we were visiting so that was very convenient.

We had an excellent stay at Victoria's suite in Morrison. The space was quite large, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It seemed brand new to us. It was also a great location for easy access to Red Rocks and Golden. We will definitely ask to stay again.

We had an amazing stay! Victoria was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This was an excellent stay for a weekend getaway with my wife. We are both from PA and she is a die-hard NY Giants fan and I needed to bring her to one of my Broncos - Mile High games. The game did not disappoint and neither did our host (or stay). Victoria was easily accessible with clear and concise check-in / out instructions, while the amenities listed were exact and plentiful. When we return to DEN, we will definitely be staying with Victoria!!!

Perfect location for Red Rocks

Our stay was perfect. Great location if you're attending Red Rocks shows. The space was very clean and inviting. Appreciated the humidifier! Would stay again. Having a workstation in the primary bedroom was a nice touch as well.

Great Stay and Perfect Location for Red Rocks Show

Perfect stay for attending a show at Red Rocks as the location was key and convenient. The rental is new and very clean. The owners are responsive, courteous and thoughtful. I would definitely stay there again if I attend a show at Red Rocks or want to hike and explore the area. The stay is connected to the main home but that did not bother us.

Girls Trip to Red Rocks

We had the most wonderful stay here and our Host/Hostess made everything perfect, I felt like I was at home. The place is so comfortable and beautiful. It is close to so many things and most especially Red Rocks which was our main purpose for coming to CO. The owners are onsite but we never saw them other than to grab the key upon arrival. We heard very little out of them. They do have a special needs child which we did hear some but nothing outrageous and frankly I saw him as precious and a special gift from God. If we come back to CO we will definitely choose to stay here again. Bravo!!

We are a family of 4, originally from Hawaii. We came to Colorado for my job with the US Government (DoD). My husband is a Retired US Army veteran and stay-at-home Dad, he is quiet and very reserved but amazingly focuses on the needs of our children. We are neat/clean people (my husband is somewhat clean-obsessed; I am more organized-obsessed). We have 2 children - girl/boy twins that are 7yrs old (our boy being special needs with DS & ASD), both attending public school, but home more often during the summer. I telework or mostly now go in to work most days of the week.

Our son being special needs, not fully verbal, he makes noises and loud mumbles, loud laughing - often quite loud, mostly loves music, dancing and videos on his iPad; we will do our best to contain his loudness.

We are new to hosting, but we have rented from VRBO for at least 15 years or so, and have always enjoyed the diverse options. Now that we have a home that has the additional suite, like an apartment, purchased primarily for my parents when they visit, with it not being used very much at all, we wanted to open it up for others to enjoy and have a nice place to rent and stay near such amazing beauty of Colorado!

We chose the neighborhood of Morrison, because of the beautiful views of the Foothills, and Red Rocks.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes our property unique is the close proximity to RED ROCKS, literally a nice short (20-30min) bike-ride away or even a nice lengthy walk; or the much shorter (5-10min) bike ride or shorter walk across the main road to BEAR CREEK LAKE PARK.

Also, right next to our home (the side of our yard) is a beautiful little gated community playground, park, and SPLASH PAD for the kids (code/key access can be provided) due to open SPRING 2025; with covered picnic seating and such. Our home is simple and inviting, quiet, and in a safe and peaceful community; and the suite we are renting is well suited for an individual, 2 people, or a couple, to comfortably stay, having much more room than just a hotel; with almost every amenity that you can desire staying in a home versus a hotel!
