This newly built home is located in Greers Ferry and is just a five minute drive to the closest marina. It has a wonderful shoreline that is perfect for swimming or anchoring your boat. The main level features an open floor plan that includes the living, kitchen, and dining area. On the main level you will also find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom, full bathroom + laundry room, and access to the outdoor deck. Heading downstairs you will find a second living area, two more bedrooms, full bathroom, and access to the playground, firepit, and walking path to shoreline.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would rate our experience a solid 4 to 4.5. I can’t rate it any higher due to there were no window coverings for the entire home. I don’t mind the living areas but definitely would prefer coverings in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also the A/C needs improvement and better access to the lake from the house. Overall lovely place very quiet and spacious and will definitely consider staying there in the future.

-Goose poop everywhere, couldn’t walk without stepping in it. Very Unsanitary. -Fire pit is trashed -Wood sitting around with nails sticking out -Nails all over the ground -No path to the water, completely over grown -Nasty red stains and spots on beds -Wasps EVERYWHERE- at least 4 hives. Couldn’t get out any door without getting attacked. 2 kids got stung 6-7 times. -multiple Door locks didn’t work -WiFi didn’t work - TVs did not work because of WiFi not working -No chairs for fire pit - huge crack in window - old Fireworks and beer cans everywhere outside - poop on back of toilet seat when we got there -play ground COMPLETELY over grown with weeds and wasp nests in playhouse. Kids couldn’t play at all. 2 kids Got stung 2x trying to play in it. Looks nothing like the pictures

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house. Great view of the lake & cliffs. Only wish there were blinds on the windows especially in the master bath. Make sure to follow property line down to the white line., owner of the property on left will call property manager if you walk on their property . Property manager very professional & great communication.

beautiful home some opportunities

The home is new and great. we had a few issues. We arrived after a 12 drive/day and the code didnt work and we couldnt get in for some time. access was a problem. The wifi doesnt work. we complained several times but it never got working. Most important, it is a new property and has NO window coverings. At 5:30 AM it is very light in the entire house. Getting out of the shower, the neighbors can look in. Some blinds are needed badly. Having said that, it was a nice stay and home.

We loved this house and the view. We had our family Christmas here and can’t wait to return. Lots of room and amenities. The host is wonderful to work with.

Fantastic Stay

I would have to say, it was one of the most relaxing weekend vacations we have ever had. Lots of room for the kids to play. Beautiful place to stay and the scenery all around was nice. Melanie was very nice and pleasant to talk with. We will definitely go back.

Great weekend getaway

The house accommodated all of our family. It’s a beautiful house in a great location on the lake. The kids enjoyed jumping off the cliffs, swimming in the lake, and making s’mores at the fire pit. We will definitely be back!
